why do you hae to support him, because hes a sixer? LULZ

im a piston fan but i hate Charlie V's guts.

Hated Jacques Reeves on the Texans, hated Jordan Hill on the Rockets, and hated Jerramy Stevens on the Seahawks

I hope we sign Brewer

Cavs next year :smokin

NBA fans we about to see Kyrie in the playoffs IMO :pimp:

I know I'm biased but really think they get in.

Same with Washington

.

Aye reading about the lakers cap situation, every one will be of the books after this season except Nash, but then LA can simply waive him and use the stretch provision thus clearing his contract off the books as well just stretching his payout over a 3 yr span. So the Lakers do a have a quick reload with the "bring any of your super friends lure" cough lebron and anyone he wants to play with from the 2014 FA class.

there's a lot of people bashing d12 for leaving the lakers.
very weird how he left Orlando because he had no "help“ and he now leaves LA because he wants to be the man.
lolol

Dwight is a confused little kid. If there's ever a case of a player on your team being very talented but you can't stand him as a person that was my take on Dwight last season. Didn't like what he pulled with Orlando, I was glad the lakers got him from a talent perspective but him the person I've always viewed as a phony.

This situation reminds me of Terrell Owens going to the eagles in 04. His first season there he was the happiest man in the world, playing great but once the honeymoon faded his true colors came out with how he handled things in regards to that contract, issues with McNabb and so.

Dwight has handled things poorly and terribly with 2 teams already and a tiger rarely changes his stripes. Somewhere down the line Dwight Howard's true colors will show during his tenure with the rockets. I can't blame them for signing a player of his calliber but don't be suprised when a few years from now he leaves that team on bad terms over god knows what.

I love this :smokin

Also, 2 teams have handled things poorly and terribly with Dwight, lets not forget.

There isn't going to be any pressure on Dwight in Houston. You can just tell he wasn't built to play with a dude like Kobe. Him and Beard are going to be in the H smashing groupies and having fun.

I think he's going to flourish.

i fail to see the issue with Calderon. very solid signing for the Mavs. he can shoot, he can pass :x and rarely turns it over.

put some good players around him and he will go to work. Mavs fans will like this signing 1/3th into the season, watch

If it was one team I'd give Dwight the benifit of the doubt but on his end you would think he would've learned from how poorly the Orlando situation played out.

If I'm a rockets fan I'm happy right now that we got one of the best players on the league but at the same time I'm aware of his track record.

Think about Dwight's image around 09-10 and where its at now. He went from one of the most popular players in the league to alienating a good chunk of fans in general aside from the past teams he played on with his flip flopping.

Even if he stayed with the lakers I woulda still been skeptical of him.

All I'm saying is this ...

The Cavs have had 5. #1 picks.

2 of the 5 have their numbers hanging in the rafters.
1 should.(Bron)
Kyrie can.

Bennett will be a stud.

In a vacuum I like the signing its 4 years that bothers me.

All of this, plus after he left all those little kids in Orlando hanging cause he was mad I've been thru with him. All in all hope harden does his thing tho.

There won't be any pressure at first. Next season is a smiles, fun, happiness, and basketball honeymoon period for him.

McGrady got scrunitized there after a while not getting past the first round regardless if it was his fault or not. First season is a free pass year unless they completely underachieve. If by year 2 their not at least in the conference finals I could see him getting scrutinized, not on the level of a city like NYC or LA but he won't be immune from criticism if he doesn't get the job done in Houston imo

doubt it

only if they trade players for 1st round picks and tank the season to get in the lottery will they have a shot at him, which would actually be a better idea than building through FA.

this seems like one of those once a decade drafts with multiple franchise players too.

Tmac took Heat because he had never won a playoff series.

As long as Houston is a top 4 seed and isn't getting put out of the playoffs first round every year he won't take heat.

I think he'd be great for them
Possibly, but my main concern is he's never really been known as a "team" guy. And just about everyone on our roster is a team player for the most part. But his shooting ability would be greatly needed if his selection was better

I hate that I have to support Royce White now.

YOU DON'T KNOW HOW SERIOUS ANXIETY DISORDERS ARE!!!!!!

Ima have to unfollow his *** on Twitter already though. Retweeting all these long *** tweets with #BeWell at the end of every one of em. Crazy *** son of a *****.

Man, just stop. You look so foolish every time you bring this up. The very first time, you were ignorant and callous in regards to mental health and summed it up as "getting nervous" and that's that. You were dismissive of mental health and the challenges of mental illnesses and anxiety disorders. Then once all of Royce's shenanigans started up, you said how "EVERYONE" was attacking you for calling out Royce and how you were right all along and blah blah blah other nonsense. When you never were calling out Royce, but you were attacking anxiety disorders and mental health as a whole and using Royce as the sole representative of these issues.

Royce hasn't done himself any favors his time in the league, and many of his issues have nothing to do with the original conversation of working through anxiety disorders or other illnesses as an NBA player. They're two different conversations. But please.. give it a rest.

Yeah you gotta be extremely confident in yourself to play with Kobe or you just got to complete defer to him.

But the thing I worry about with Dwight and Harden, who on their team is going to be the leader?

Yeah I can see Cleveland being at the top of the East in a bit.

Lebron will definitely pick them over the Lakers

4 years? I might be the biggest Calderon supporter on here and even I think Cuban is bat **** crazy for giving him a 4 year completely guaranteed contract. Mavs better not give Bynum some crazy contract. Nobody should be offering him any more than one year deals.
