You're right, but I come from a generation when you are held accountable for the **** you talk. It escalated between you and I past the point of just joking with one another. I was more than ready to make your shoulders clap and tape it so everyone on NT could see. That was a long time ago though and I let it go.

i feel you. repped

Oladipo and harden are 2 completely different players, I dont even know why we're comparing them.

I thought he was statistically one of the worst players in history

no where to go but up I guess

Exactly :smokin

on the subject of harden he needs to stop with those pull up 3's. it killed them in the playoffs

it was based on the the style Oladipo was playing in the summer league game, if you didn't watch it that's probably why you're lost.

He needs to chill with them, but we just ran into a better team in the playoffs. Plus he was being guarded by one of the best perimeter defenders in the league.

Hope my wiz do good this year. A full season of wall/Beal. Porter is a super solid pickup. Maynor is back home and Webster carrying the offensive punch from the bench. Really don't wanna see Johnny leave in FA and sign with the Lakers. :X Go wiz!

whos saying hes not good? last year he blew, lets hope hes a different player this season.

he could def be a much better player than hes been so far in his career, if you dont think so then well IDK

Agreed. Key example is last season when Nash offered to work with Dwight on his free throws. Nash is close to being a career 90% free throw shooter. Dwight refused the help.

Some guys you can tell work on their game during the offseason to improve the areas their flawed in. Perhaps I'm wrong but I don't see nor have seen Dwight do that. Granted he doesn't have to work on basketball during the offseason but that's what separates guys like Kobe and Lebron, and to an extent Durant from the rest of the guys.

On a consistent basis Iggy can't give you 18 to 21 a game though. 13 a game is not elite on any level. and Paul George over an 82 game season still has far too many inconsistent moments to warrant the superstar tag that many are throwing around for him. 17 a game is not a superstar no matter how you slice it.
the nuggets arent predicated on any one player scoring over 18

this is a two way player who's held lebron to 30% shooting his whole career

rudy gets buckets but it aint like he was holding back the grizzlies offense

most of the time to get buckets....missed he was not

yea and u gotta compare a rookie Harden to Oladipo not the 4th year all star Harden that he is now. its not fair.

Even still oladipo got crazy athleticism and will make a difference on defense from day 1. Harden had decent athleticism, but had all the intangibles, harden was great offensively, needed work defensively, oladipo is the exact oppsite.

both are premiere wing defenders , they can give you 18-21 points efficiently without
throwing away the teams chemistry

I like PG though, and he may take that leap next year, but I just don't see "Superstar" in him, more of a really good 2nd/3rd option

In other news

We back :smokin :smokin Don't eem care about the competition either
just another example of how incredibly difficult the NBA is

How about how tough the East Central will be next season. Obviously Chicago and Indiana are favorites but every team in the division has a promising future. Also features the best young (below 24) talent in the entire league. A Smoove-Monroe-Drummond front line is old school.

asik officially asked the rockets for a trade, but the rockets said no. apparently they had a lot of interest from other teams but turned everyone away. I'm guessing no Ryan Anderson either then?

woulda been nice to have a big 3, but hopefully we can compete this season and lure a big name again by next summer.
