If there was any real reason for Love to leave that problem got Flipped.

KKKKKAAAAAAHHHHNNNNN is gone!

He knows Rubio will be good PG in this league. Pek is a beast down low. You have Shved and Chase who are young and can play. AK's game fits perfect with this team and it doesn't look like he will slow down.

I mean he could leave but we're talking two seasons from now who knows what the Lakers will have and all the top guys will be a FA in summer of 2014 or 16 ,Durant and Kyrie up for deals is that what Laker fans are thinking?

Kahn is gone and I think Flip can be some bridge between Love and Taylor

The CP trade was about long-term growth, not immediate success. You need to wait at least a couple more years before you can say whether the trade was a success for the Hornets. With the Clippers trade, they got young talent and draft picks and the prospect of success in the future. Drafting Rivers might have been a misstep, but Davis appears to be the real deal. They also have Gordon, who when healthy, is a very good player. They have a good, young nucleus of players who can grow together.

IMO, they'd definitely be worse off if the Lakers trade for CP went through. They'd be a team with decent, aging vets, that would probably still be a lottery team in the West, but they wouldn't have the kind of young assets they have now.

Gordon is on the trading block. Davis was a good pick but even if he turns out to be a franchise type player I doubt they will surround him with enough pieces.
They would get young assets eventually with either trade.

I don't see them being a playoff team next year or the year after that unless they get another #1 pick.

The whole team young but give the hornets 2 yrs depending on the Draft and free agency. Monty is a good coach

@cash money 1999 u really tried to bring this up after like 5 hours....like durantula said just stop

Austin was so hyped up because he was getting alot of recognition his freshman year of high school for being docs son which the celtics won the title that year, i still believe in my guy tho

Really hoping Austin breaks out and has a decent/good 2nd year.

He walked into the perfect situation. The starting 2 in N.O. never played, giving Austin all the time he needed to prove himself but didn't :smh:

Needs a burner badly, as well as a tighter handle to be an effective 2.

Coming out of College I thought his ceiling was a OJ Mayo/Eric Gordon type of player and we'll see if that's too high for him.

Austin has crazy potential he is gonna be 20 point scorer in this league just his finish and outside shooting must improve

After watching him this season he was improving, one thing he desperately needs to improve is his ft % dude would be servicable if he had that
