The Warriors have found their Jack replacement.... Douglas is solid

at you thinking he's anything better than a decent back up

Yeah, I like what GS is doin too, but I really don't get Iggy.

If they thought they were getting Iggy and were gonna use Barnes to get him, I get it, but having him + Klay + Barnes I don't really get.

Unless they go ridiculous small ball with Curry-Klay-Barnes-Iggy-Lee...........on second thought, that's kind of fun. They would be all over the damn floor with those 5 and still have enough spacing to make it work. (long as the other team wasn't too overpowering down low)

Nevermind, I like it. Those 5 with Bogut and JO, Douglas, eh and they still have Azile (sp) too correct? They look pretty good. If Barnes jumps up at all, and they stay healthy, they're gonna be nice.

Yeah CP i'm with you on the confusion with Iggy. I thought Harrison Barnes solidified himself as the 3 for that team.

JO is a great pickup for GSW. He was pretty good for PHX last year and is still very productive.

so warriors pick up jo, speights, and douglas.

not bad at all man...

That's what I'm wondering.  Who starts at the 3?

HB or Iggy?

I'd personally start HB. I'd trust Iggy to be more consistent than Harrison coming off the bench, not to mention he brings more energy.

I didn't know they signed Speights. With the JO signing as well, I'm not so harsh on their direction anymore.

Still skeptical.

I'm guessing Barnes will be off the bench. He basically played that role last year. It was Jack, Steph & Klay to close out games.

Like someone said previously, if Iggy and Josh Smith could trade places it would be great. I don't understand what each team was thinking with those signings.

Just because someone starts, doesn't mean they close out games. All sorts of non starters close out games.

Jack for one.

Iggy would probably close over Harrison. I just think it's a lot more beneficial to HB's development to start and get him in a rhythm early.

Iggy is a veteran who could succeed either way.

****, I forgot about Speights.

Curry/Douglas
Klay/Ezeli
Iggy/Barnes
Lee/Speights
Bogut/JO

And another 2 bodies I'm probably stupid for forgetting. That's pretty damn nice. Keep Bogut/Lee/Steph healthy, and that's a lot of fun right there.

Everybody seems to forget about Draymond Green

Anyways, you see how empty that backcourt is?

CP had to put Ezeli at SG just to fill in a name  You're looking at a backcourt of Curry/Klay/Douglas. Their frontline is stacked, but you're talking about a team built on running and gunning. They actually remind me a lot of Denver, except their backcourt can shoot. Denver was stacked with forwards and bigs.

I remember Douglas being so clutch in 4th quarters as a rocket, so definitely a decent pickup for Warriors. Any news on Brewer?
