I'm not mad at the Boozer deal. It was actually an illegal deal on Cleveland's part to do that, so that's what they get. They were trying to play him too, and sign him early for less than his market value which they knew was going up .

CJ Watson I like...but Solomon Hill and Chris Copeland can go somewhere...and why the hell didnt we keep Hansbrough smh

hard cap is stupid in basketball. just because the nets have one of the 3 richest owners in the league doesn't mean they're gonna be dominant. that team sucks compared to what they'll owe. it's better for the league and the cheapskates to keep things the way they are. let the fools like prok spend 70 mill to bounce in the second round while the cheapies collect that revenue.

Thats because he doesnt know what hes doing, imagine if there was an owner with money with seemingly unlimited money like he has who actually pays attention to basketball and isnt doing this as a hobby? This the same guy who said that if the team doesnt win a chip in five years hes going to get married instead, hes just here for amusement. Give a competent owner this kind of money and that team would dominate forever.

true but u still need a good gm and scouts. who's their gm dummy billy king? i get what you're saying but money simply won't dictate success in basketball.

you look at cuban and dolan who have and spend their money at will and what do those 2 franchises have to show for it? sure the mavs got their ring but they're future looks terrible. then you have the blazers with paul allen. too much could happen in this game that cant be overcome with money.

cj is crap.... hansbrough wanted to start if im not mistaken...if he does he will be exposed

not sure about hill but copeland is decent

To have Harrison Barnes all of a sudden come off the bench is a complete joke. Yeah Iggy is an elite defender but they gotta slip him to the 2 now. Barnes is the best overall SCORER on that team besides Curry. They have no choice but to trade Klay now and get backups in return. Besides the Knicks I follow the Spurs very closely and the Warriors showed great flashes with that unit. Klay is replaceable.

He averaged 14 and 14 in the 10 games he started last season.  I doubt he'll get exposed.

CJ is plenty good as a backup PG, a big upgrade over Augustine.

My only problem with Hill and Copeland, is that they play the same position as Granger and George.  So instead of addressing needs (backup SG, backup C, backup PF), they just took more players who play the same position

when i said exposed i mean i dont think hes starter material....off the bench 6th or 7th guy, high energy

yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about him as a starter either...but he was REALLY good as a starter in his chances with us this past season.  Alot of that might be attributed to the supporting cast which is much better than the Craptors

I get what you're saying but David Lee is a better scorer. He's probably the third most versatile scorer at the 4 in the leage right now. His offensive game is deadly.

yeah

lowry
derozen
rudy
ty
amir

could be decent.....wont be better than the 8th seed if that tho.......
def an upgrade over last year though.  I think they need an upgrade at the SG.  Derozen isn't bad, but that team desperately needs some perimeter shooting
