Especially when you factor in the 15 million cash in duffle bags waiting for AK-47 at home from Prok.

people are thinking ron could really end up in ny. we'll be a whole lot better off with someone like him on the team. we need tuff guys

Check the thread everyday and was excited this morning when I saw 8 new pages.  SMH.  No new relevant basketball information. haha.  Excited to see what Young does for the Lakers tho.  I've always seen him as a poor man's OJ Mayo.  Who knows how good the guy could be with a "decent" shot selection

What happens in Russia...stays in Russia.

We will never know what kind of bank accounts had money transfered to in Russia.

But we all know something happened there.

Maybe Prok shipped AK's family some of that gold he's found over the last 20 years... :nerd:

We'll Never Know....

Now that KG is in NJ, does this mean he'll taste HNC on the regular? >D

Interested to see how the Black Falcon follows up his great Rookie year and Playoff performance this upcoming season. Especially with Iggy on the squad now. He'll be a good player to learn from, just hope Barnes doesn't get the case of the "Sophomore Slump". As well as Lillard. I think they'll be just fine, they got a good head on their shoulders.

bro the nets are in brooklyn now. welcome to 2013

black falcon :smh:

How pricey was Nets' signing of Kirilenko to "mini" mid-level? Took their 2013-14 luxury-tax forecast from $70 million range to ... $83 mil

Damn. That's a lot of money.
Nets need better accountants. How did luxury tax increase by more than taxable income? Or am I missing something?

.gif is awesome, but it needs AK in there now. Someone should PS him in the back pulling money out of a sack and making it rain.

Damn, that's steep. Looks like they're getting raped by the repeat offender rates.

Nets will be under the luxury tax threshold in 2015-16, with Gerald Wallace's salary now off the books. By doing so the Nets will avoid the dreaded repeater tax. Teams pay the repeater rate if they were taxpayers in at least three of the four previous seasons.

By the 2015 season KG, PP, Terry will likely be gone

The Nets do remind me of the Lakers last year. No one's really fast or explosive, whether it be cause of age or just their style.

They should still be locked in defensively which sets them apart.

Deron Williams despite his weight gain over the years is explosive. The Nets will dominate in the postseason, that's when defense matters and they got KG, AK-47, Kidd defensive coaching skills will help Deron Williams and Joe Johnson is long, big and strong, he will improve his defense.

To Josh Smith now....i don't give a ish about his shooting he can play. Hope he can help Detroit make it to the playoffs

i bet josh has a few top 10 worse plays highlight videos on youtube

^yea man people are acting like josh is a bum. poor shooter and probably not a max guy but does everything else well
