Maybe it is just me, but am I the only on that can't stand the hood rat chicks here in the DMV?

Like, how can someone deal with these type of chicks? Loud, obnoxious, lack of home training, and etc. I know someone here agree's with me.
 
Just deal with it for the time being and make sure you do not get married anytime soon.

The older you get the more you will realize what to expect from younger chicks until you finally just accept that it just comes with the territory.

Just remember your goal is to one day be like the lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

50 years old with a 21 year old girlfriend.
 
I grew up around here with those type of girl and man I still cant stand em. I use to give my ex the stink eye when she tried to be like those girls
 
I never appealed to the majority of women from this area, and I'm born and raised in DC and MD. My parents raised me in a way that... to be frank... isn't how anyone would describe the typical "DC N*gga.

From the beginning of HS to now, I've dated two women from MD, one from Cap Heights (Basket case) the other from Laurel (who told me she needed space so she could be free to date another bamma).

My woman is from Charlotte. Bad as ever to me, out of my league if you ask me... and has all the intangibles. So trust me when I say look other places, you aren't missing out around here.

Same here. My mom is from Nigeria, so she didn't raise us as your typical "DMV N***a" as well. I'm starting to feel the same way as well on finding a girl that isn't from this area. People think that I am not from this area based on how I carry myself, which make people not understand me either. Most of these chicks around her are the same and have that same mentality..SMH. The chicks here are so loud and act like you owe them something when you you just met them for a couple of hours..SMDH! I hate hood rats here in the DMV.
 
Are you old enough to remember Olajuwon embarrass the hell out of Ewing and Shaq during the 94 and 95 NBA Finals?
 
The thing about "hood-rats" in DC/PG is that a LOT of em aren't even really "hood-rats" (i.e. project dwelling hos). They come from families who are firmly middle/upper-middle income, they just choose to act ignorant as all hell.

This is true AND not true. Im more a MD guy, but spend alot of time in DC with family. My dad is the "Bill Cosby" of both our families, the really successful hardworking guy you can count on, so I grew up without the stereotypical "hood" upbringing. As a result, the *******s appealed to me , because they always liked me. As a man, I've come to realize MOST of them are only good for ******** out. What I disagree on is that there aren't good ones here... STACKS of beautiful intelligent women in DC/Nova. Really diverse skin tones and ethnicities. It's in the top cities metropolitan areas for that, you just have to go after what you want and not fear rejection.

Personally I prefer southern women, because out of all Americanized women, they still have the most core essence of what a real woman is. That's another discussion.

And homie above is right... Lots of these hood rats ain't from the hood, the from suburbs surrounding the city, and choose to act in a way that they think is ghetto(aka videos and Tyler Perry movies portrayal of being "down" or "hood").
 
You think Jordan is worried about all of the women his age who rejected him in his teens and early 20s?

Clearly none of us on here are on Jordan's level but the lesson here is keep doing what makes yourself happy and do not get under any circumstances get married. Later on when it is time to settle down just make sure there is enough age difference between the both of you where you hold all the cards. If she decides to walk then so be it. No big deal.

As far as the OP goes... I have a simple solution for dealing with those broads... I just... don't.

They know i'm not about the nonsense so they don't even give me static.

It's true what my man said up there too... a LOT of the girls who display that behavior hardbody are in fact from the suburbs.

I was the only one at my school who believed in Hakeem.

Everybody else was ready to give the championship to Shaq before the start of game 1.

I really should have put some money on that series.

There are a lot of women from US and all over the world moving into DC.  House trained, a good head on their shoulders, no excess baggage, and can hold a conversation. 

I used to be like yall but there are more and more really nice women that aren't from here that look good, smell good, and act good.  There are few and far between good women from the area, but nowadays with gentrification and all, more and more quality women are moving into the DMV.
