they have auditions for them at young ages. most have been in some sort of entertainment since they learned to walk. i remember being at disneyland and some director ( idk) pulled a friend to the side and asked her if her parents were around. they werent, we were dropped off( back in 2000 though, i think theyre setting up a rule that minors have to be accompanied in by an adult) point is she was some type of talent scout for disney and gave her a business card. friends parents didnt buy into it, and just tossed it. damn, she could have been what selena gomez is today haha

i didnt necessarily mean in terms of "hotness", i meant in terms of marketability. shes the biggest black star disney has had and trust me she and disney have made bank off that raven show and or any raven related products
