Reebok Kamikaze I Retro

Well Gmac & Trent were talking about other shoes so I assumed and you clearly didn't state which one it was sooo... -_-
so what? i didn't post directly after them, nor did I quote them. this is the kamikaze 1 thread.

not that big of a deal really, but next time I won't even bother. thats a hell of a deal... can't believe nobody gave the slightest flip

For me personally, I just want them to keep coming up with new retros, I would buy 90% of them and I am. The fact that we can buy almost all of them under retail is great, the only fear I have is they will kill the whole program NASA stile and move on. But until than, I will be stocking on everything possible that I like.
My list for the rest of the year, at least the ones I know are coming:

Rail - Black/White
Shaq IV- The 2 OG colorways
Battleground lll - The 2 white based colorways, never liked the Black one.
Blast - The 2 OG colorways and the Black/Red color plus
Swingman - All the OG colorways they will put out
Answer lll - Same, all the OG colorways
Kamikaze l/ll - Low's, whatever OG they manage to release.
D-Time - All OG colorways.

It's not a small number when you look at it.

A pretty similar list for me, although yours is more extensive. I'd settle for just the black D-Times, 1 each of the K1 & K2 lows, any white Battlegrounds, and all the Blasts.

More Rails would be nice too!

Oh, and the black/azure Attaqs, if I can find 12s at a decent price.

reebok or eastbay needs to cut the price on them grey and purple ones if they wanna move em

I still greatly remembered the first time i saw the Reebok Kamikaze 1 BLACk/RED colorway was in this issue of SLAM Magazine issue number 5 ( 1994 )

my pair came in. little more bulky than i remember and in hindsight, i would probably go down a half size. the big difference is that these dont smell like i remember the og's smelling. it was literally intoxicating and addictive... not these. lol oh well.

there is no bigger letdown than coppin a pair of retro shoes, smelling them for the first time, and it just doesnt give u that same scent u recall from back in the day...

the shoe scent is a highly underrated category fir assessing new kicks... i never understand why

From a manufacturing point of view, they've changed materials and glues - that old scent was dope but may not have been great for the environment.

To be honest some times I want to scream F the environment, I want my old smell of kicks, it was amazing. Same with Nike, they are saying they started using nitrogen in the air chambers due to environment reasons, at the end of the day I don't care, I prefer the big and awesome looking air bubbles from the past, filled with whatever "bad for the environment" gas they were.

The white synthetic leather parts of my white/black/green k1 are the exact same kind of synthetic leather used on my 2000 fire red v retro. Super soft and flexible. Its like heaven and hell compared to the retro v's from 2013 not named laneys lol
