My cousin was there but was on a different island (Boracay) when they dropped. By the time he got back to Manila he said they were sold out.

I've had my eye on the Beethoven's since they were announced late spring/early summer and I think it's the simplicity of it that I like. It's the price tag that I don't like, especially with other financial priorities that must be considered. With that in mind, as much as I like the MC flyknits, $260 after tax is a huge chunk, and I'm not one to go out and spend time to search for discount codes or whatever.
I'm kind of hoping that I'll be able to see these in person this Saturday, try them on and see them on feet, and then gauge whether or not they'll be worth the financial sacrifice.
I would also be really upset and feel bad for people if Nike decided to drop the MC flyknits as a "GR" type release for $200, although I highly doubt they will seeing that people are going all out for them on NIkeID.
But in all honesty and fairness, props to those who were able to spend the money and pick up a pair (or more) of the MC IDs.

I'm still going for the Beethoven after seeing the new fade option. Making one pair of fade hopefully done with iD. I got more of those than released pairs(0 right now). That has never happened before.

theres just something about a kobe 9 when the outsole is a different color than the shoe...i wish the moonwalkers and the red FKs had a gray or white bottom. beethovens too.

The moonwalker is a little different. Its translucent with a moon print under it thats kind of white. I agree with the beethovens though. A grey sole would have added more contrast. Then again, they still look cool.

havent copped any kobe 9s, i got pairs of the 5's, 6's, 7's and 8's but for some reason the 9 hasnt appealed o me yet
