Blacks are the best out of all the EXT highs, but that $275 price is a no go. I do plan on getting the mids at some point though. Had to pass when they originally dropped.

So I saw the Black EXTs this morning guyz and the back heel set up is the EXACT same as those "Jake the Snakes" EXTs..SMH...lookin like a "Buttcrack"  lol...and theres no "Label/name" behind the tongue if ya were wunderin?....I like these "Black" EXTs tho, but its just the back heel that really bugs the hell outta me, on the fence if im gunna cop or not?...DEF PASS ON THE REDS 4SURE THO!..and unfortunately most if not all of the upcoming colorwayz, SMH disappointing but money saved I guess?..lol

also the "Quality" leather/materials on those "Black EXTs" are absolutely AWESOME!....hence the $275 price tag?...but lets face it..$300 after tax! lol

Pass on all these releases last good release was brave blue. Victory isn't bad but I seen them on display at hoh and the gold on the swoosh and kobe logo were already really scraped off and that's when they Just came out. 9 is my favorite kobe model but it's been a TURRIBLE 4 quarter. Don't even get me started on these last exts. ... the mid Was great should have made some more of those. The freddy Kruger highs look like only freddy should Rock them. The black ext is not half bad but no way I'm spending spending 200 on them, so 275 makes me cringe and imagine how many angry wife's will see that suggested retail price price you forgot to rip off. Another elite low and I would have literally throw my money at nike.

I understand balking at that price point, but it's just $25 more than the Copperheads, and $25 more than Foams. It really comes down to folks not being thrilled with some design details I think. If it was carbon fiber with a better Achilles area I bet there would be more people saying "cop".

But damn, why are they so expensive? Seriously, I just got the Obsidian Pythons and the quality on those is awesome, and they were $160...

i do find it disturbing that they didn't the backs of the highs like they did the mids, it just seems like a no brainer, however i'll only see that part of the shoe when i put it on so no big deal for me and price isn't really a biggie as i'm just accustomed to nike price shenanigans, it sucks but nothing to be surprised about

Ugh. Right now for December I'm looking at like $600 on the 13th for Black EXT and those Pony Hair joints, then $225 on the 26th for the Candy Canes.

And maybe the Legend Blue 11's on the 20th.
