I feel like they could've done a lot more with the EMs. I would have liked to see some decent looking prints on them. Wasn't feeling any of the ones we got except the Easters. Even if I'm in the minority.

Looking at what I have left of the EMs...Bruce Lee, Easter, Black/Crimsons, Philippines, Chinas, grey PRMs. I'm happy enough. I'm happy with the Highs I have. Just very disappointed with the lows.


They still put out about 30 Kobe 9s, but without enough effort going into one form of the model, we ended up with a lot of garbage.

I for one am not complaining, the 9 elite high has ended up being a fave alltime of mine and the cws we did get got the job done, sure their could've been stronger cws at this last stretch but I don't even care about that..
EM's are nice shoes but don't really matter when the highs released imo, the FK lows are really cool but again secondary to the high..
If the high never existed the 9 would just be another "solid low model" in the Kobe lineup to go with the 5 and 8 (fave lows) respectively

The clear toe cap on my Grey PRM's are turning brownish. Are yours?

Next to the Jordan XX8 the Kobe 9 is the lightest responsive and when the court is clean has great grip. Since they released a million of them your bound to find a color scheme that fits your liking. Great shoe no complaints from me...I mean I could but I wont..there will never be a PERFECT SHOE FOR EVERYONE! That's up to you.

So my boy picked up a pair of the xmas joints here in OZ, I thought they looked terribad at first. In person they are pretty dope though, the red ankle part is almost infrared, very bright/lots of pop.

The moo cow sole dont look that obnoxious and the the red and white flyknit is nice with the black swoosh. The green is minimal very hard to tell, looks good though but I wish there was a little more (green swoosh and flywire woulda been mad).

Also people hating on the 9s

I love the 9 and the hightop part is while annoying to laceup very comforting, even if it does nothing. The flyknit becomes less rigid and more like normal flyknit kicks over time, Lunarlon is comfy although IMO lunar+zoom cells is best. traction is beastly and lasts ages indoors. 

Most importantly I think the flyknit colourways have been 

 and the EMs are decent. Im always disappointed with colourways, but they literally dont make them to suit my tastes so this is probably why. The colours always dawns on me after a while and I don't mean in that I cop once they are released after hating on them, as I havnt copped for a while.

The sequoias look great in person too, that olive is almost grey unless you look real close, so dont be alarmed by that green tinge, no one will notice but you and it looks good anyway.

I've been happy with the 9s. When it's all said and done, I'll have about 4-5 colorways each of the EMs, FK lows, and FK highs, which is more than enough pairs. Unless I LOVE the model, I'm usually happy with no more than a handful of colorways for any one sig anyway. I do understand some of the gripes about there not being enough FK low colorways being released cuz I also like that model and would love to see some other nice colorways. But besides that, I think they've generally given enough variety that there's at least something for everyone.

There have been some garbage colorways for sure, but I think you can say that about any of the sigs they put out these days and the 40+ colorways they make for each. There are bound to be some flops, and not everybody has the same tastes anyway.

I'm just disappointed they didn't make more color ways of the flyknit lows. I have 2/3 I think I'll hop on the Beethovens in the near future

I just kind of figured with the success of the MPs and the Multi-color lows they would have created some more colorways like those. Seems to me it would have been an easy way to sell all of them.

I'm happy with most of the cws tbh my biggest complaint isn't wat they did its wat they didn't do...they definitely should've made way more elite lows bcuz I'm pretty sure that's the most liked of the 3 models and all of the cws were flames so I think it was a huge mistake to make so few elite lows

I think that's a good way to put it. I pretty much feel the same way about how they've handled the FK lows, but it sort of is what it is at this point. I hope they release at least a couple more before things are done, but if not I've got an iD or two that I'll probably try to get.

I'm also a Celts fan, but I'd gladly takes Nash's expiring and Julius Randle for Rondo. Can't build around him
