Quality on Bulls XIIIs?

I didn't want to bump the old thread, but what is quality like on these joints? I was thinking of picking up a pair this weekend for around $190-$200. The only 13s I've personally had were the He Got Game XIIIs and latest Bred XIII (No 3M version) and I didn't like the quality on those and got rid of em. The colorway was one of my favorites as a kid, so I'm really interested in copping this cw.

Edited since you seem pretty disgruntled about it. Saw people using both to describe them so figured I'd list both. No need to pull that elitist attitude instead of trying to help. Mod too lol.
