Are these ever going to be released?

Man, eff Nike for this BS they pull. How about just straight releasing a signature shoe? Is that so _______ hard? I mean, I don't care if you live in'zona or Canada, Nash is a huge star and two time MVP, why wouldn't you just throw out a commercial and put them in all the retail outlets?!? Who'sin charge at Nike? A ******ed gorilla? Is it the same a-hole who won't make a Paul Pierce shoe for adults and who sells only kid sizes of J retros inEastbay? The same guy who has five different release dates for the Kobe shoe and won't even release the Lite in America? Same guy who makes three thousandcolors of the LeBron line and has the kid wearing four a game so they can all be special editions? Same guy who decides that dunkman or Nash tee shirtsshouldn't be available for the public at large? Same guy who hypes "genuine leather details" on a shoe that they sell for 120 bucks? Is this allthe same guy? How can we get him fired? Give me a damn job, Nike, you incompetent bunch of idiots. The only people who know what they're doing in yourcompany are the 12 year old kids who sew the shoes together in Taiwan...

There's a lot of times over the years when I've questioned things like that. Why didn't they make the stitching black? Why wasn't the upper onthese nutbuck, etc. In talking with designers or marketing people at specific companies, most decisions have a reason/specific idea behind them. There was areason there were more Kobe 2's released on the West Coast than the East Coast this past year. Besides, Nike is a huge company that makes newdecisions several times a day. They can't please every customer, and they are not mistake free.

Also, Niketalk as a community has a voice. Remember the Zoom Kobe 2 ID Petition? The shoe is on Nike ID now. Look at the Zoom BB Petition Thread. Cats weresaying they weren't going to be on the ID service. Now they're coming in Spring of '08. I'm not saying we were the lone reason for Nikemaking those decisions, but we do hold some weight. If you have a problem with a shoe/marketing campaign/shoe materials, make a post about it. Butplease spare us of the doltish and mindless rants.
 
Do we have any word yet on lows? The same crappy colorway on eastbay is still the only one available.
 
Look for some more Nashs in January and beyond which won t release in the HoH....Niiiiiiiiiiiiiice...

I mean.. Just ask Will at the HoH.. he should be able to call his PE designer and find out! SMH
 
^^my brother just picked up the lows yesterday here in the philippines&i distinctly remember seeing his pair having a leather toe box&no 3Mpatch.RU's pair looks 1000 times better.

my friend just came back from his business trip in China
he saw Grey toe 3m and the "NIKE ZOOM" word on the heel is orange
 
gah.. i need a 10 in these... someone hit me up. has anyone boughten the black/red ones from eastbay, if so can you put up pictures so we can see a moredetailed look?
 
^I've finally seen the black/red lows in person, I must have seen 10 different stores and I saw them in one that's half consignment / half regularstore.

I was so tempted to buy right there, but I'll just wait til the price goes down. Anyway, they look pretty much how you'd expect based on the onlinepics. Clean shoe, great colorway and good use of materials. I really like the colorway, I'm surprised more people aren't juicing it up.

Patent on the toe absolutely kills it, it's the main reason I want the Black/Red GR's. I'm glad I finally got the all white PE's on the way.
