- = HYPERFEEL thread = -

To my knowledge, i spoke with a nike ekin who had the gray and black ones on and he said those and the volt ones are going to be GR's later in the year when they really dive into the hyperfeel

Foamposites are like sherman tanks. they last forever....Hyperfeels will not last you a year if your a runner. THESE are WAY more overpriced than foams....and I don't even LIKE foams lol

$200? Really.

Why are these so under the radar

It's a weird launch. Maybe it has something to do with the price hike? They had these and the new volt. Both are $200. The older white/ black / volt was on sale. Online it shows full price . They also had the new flyknit free colors, the new racer colors as well.

How much were older hyperfeels?

A different Volt than what's shown on NDC?

Thanks for the info JB.

Looks like everyone was waiting for them to go on sale and Nike hikes up the price to $200 LOL

Seriously. Wasn't feeling the launch colors too much (those actually are on sale now). I have the special white sole ones but these are loads nicer. It's kind of lame the price is higher. The rep couldn't tell me why. He said the new ones are ringing up for $200. Maybe it's an error but I doubt it. The box doesn't have a Msrp on it either.

Raise the price = will sell more? Hmmmm.... Might just be crazy enough to work!

Anyway, love how these look, the feel..... Meh. This is an 80 dollar shoe at best

Following up on our look at Nike‘s new minimalist runner the Hyperfeel, we get a close-up and personal with the special-edition Hyperfeel RUN SP.

As the design compass of the running industry continues toward minimalism and assistance for the athlete as opposed to restriction, Nike has sought to stay at the forefront of the technological side of this new direction. The RUN SP includes an array of features designed to take the body’s innate abilities and amplify them in a concise and effective manner, employing Nike’s key innovations to produce an unfettered near-barefoot running experience.

The super thin XDR rubber outsole is composed of hundreds of extruded dots to ensure pinpoint support and responsiveness while still allowing the foot to move within its wide range of flexibility. This is paired to a Nike LunarIon midsole common to many Nike Free models that balances the sensitivity granted by the outsole with just the right amount of cushioning. Moving towards the upper, the Nike Flywire system wraps the foot like a glove while still allowing freedom of movement for the plantar fascia (the connective tissue supporting the arch of the foot). Finally, ensuring comfort while keeping the runner light-footed is the Nike Flyknit sock that covers the foot and ankle to eliminate friction and allow for the ankle’s natural range of movement.

The Hyperfeel RUN SP will soon be available at the Nike third concept retail store X158 and select Nike stores and Nikestore.com.
