OFFICIAL 2013 FANTASY FOOTBALL TALK

Any feedback or tips on my team? 10 team standard league 7th pick.

Still not sure who to put in that flex position. Made the mistake of drafting RG3 early and even regret drafting him cuz of his high risk factor. :smh: Only FA QBs now are, Palmer, Freeman, Flacco, and Schaub. Also pretty weak at TE

Here is the roster for my ESPN fantasy league. I am not too comfortable. I feel I need another wideout and tailback.

Starting lineup:

QB & OP: Tom Brady, Matt Schaub,

RB: Trent Richardson, Darren Sproles

WR: Andre Johnson, Greg Jennings

TE: Vernon Davis

K: Steve Gostkowski

DEF: Broncos

Bench:

BN: Jay Cutler (QB)

BN: Brandon Weeden (QB)

BN: Mike Williams (WR)

BN: Fred Davis (TE)

BN: Ronnie Hillman (RB)

I'd put either Decker or Wallace at Flex. I also like Palmer this year if you wanna pick him up in case RG3 isn't 100%.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking of maybe starting off Decker at Flex. Also liked Palmer out of the bunch but if I do, who to drop for him?

I think this is a solid team on the face of it and it can only get better.

I think you'll hit with Bell, Ball, or Britt. One of them has to be a home run. I personally like Britt a lot this year, despite the baggage. Bell should have a lot of opportunities.

Hard to say... but he'll be their goal-line RB (just peep his numbers at Madison).

With all the targets Peyton has in his arsenal, Ball might be a sleeper because I'm sure the OC will go against the grain a lot when teams are expecting them to pass.

Who will eventually be the #1 RB in Green Bay? Lacy started this pas weekend, but I hear that Dujuan Harris is taking first reps today

I'm not that thrilled about your squad, just because I'm not huge into Doug Martin as a first round pick, and Reggie Bush could be just as bust as he could be boom (his #s on turf are pretty nice, but so far the reps he's been taking in the first two games :x)

Just from a proven standpoint I'd have Jordy Nelson over Tavon, unless you have him on the bench after him saying "he isn't sure" he'll be on the field for Week 1.

If Peyton has a year like last year, and Bell works out in Pittsburgh with D.Martin/Green/Jordy doing their thing, you could have a GREAT squad. Too many what-ifs though.
 
i think doug martin is a very good pick.  definitly get tavon out of starting lineup.  jordy if he plays or cecil.   dont be afraid to use cecil.

Frank Gore, Darren Sproles, Demarco Murray, or Chris Ivory?
Or should I take a QB? Brees, Brady, Cam, Peyton and Ryan are stil up.


My team so far is Ray Rice, Dez Bryant and Victor Cruz.

In the 4th round?? Brees or Gore....... then Brady or maybe Cam if you are feeling lucky.

was there no other RB for you in the 3rd round?? Going Rb, WR, WR might have hurt you and force your hand in taking Gore here.

I'd go Brees, then the next two picks I go RB heavy on younger guys with upside.

Yea bro RBs went quick when I was up in the 3rd the RBs I mentioned are still the only ones to choose from. I'm really leaning towards Brees that my guy choice. I feel like I can pick up a quality RB when my pick is up again. Idk tho lol this kinda sucks.
