having thee hardest time deciding whether to get Dez Bryant or Brandon Marshall in my .5 PPR league if both are available in the 2nd round for me. Who would you guys pick?
 
With the 3rd pick in a 10 team ppr league. Would it be a bad idea to draft Jimmy Graham in the 2nd and Gronk in the 4th/5th? And start both (when healthy)
I wanted to monopolize the TE position. I'll probably be a little weak at WR. But there's a lot of depth at that position.
 
^ You'll be weaker at RB than WR if you take those 2 guys. I honestly wouldn't take either of them. I'd much rather grab RBs and WRs instead of TEs early in the draft.

Man Christine Michael balled out again last night. I don't see how he wouldn't suit up on game day like those reports a couple pages back suggested..
 
Anyone run a head to head league without divisions? The past 2 years in my league one division was way stronger than the other, but 3 teams from the trash one still had to make the playoffs. I'm thinking of doing away with divisions and just having the top teams make the playoffs.

never played with divisions. just let the top 4 teams make playoffs
 
^ Yeah that's what I wanna do. I'll have to bring it up at the draft next Wednesday. Not sure if everyone's gonna be for it though. A lot of people like the security knowing that if their team is bad they still have a shot at making the playoffs if their division turns out to be weak that year :lol:.
 
Divisions is best when it's a League with all your friends and you know how to divvy it up. And it's always fun to name the divisions based on who is in them, but if it's a random league and the commish doesn't know how to even out the division then it may get annoying.
 
^ Yeah it's a league with all my boys, I've been running it since we were in high school. For the most part, both divisions are usually pretty even. But every few years and for the last 2 years the one division decides that they're all gonna go sub-.500 :lol:. It makes the playoffs interesting but there's only been one championship winner from the weak division since we've started. It's just unfair to the guys who come in 3rd in the strong division at say 8-5 but don't make it over the #2 team in the weak division that finished 6-7.

What kinda league? How many teams? If its standard, and around 10 teams I wouldn't even sweat qb. Hone in on those rb's early, and then maybe wr's. I'd see what qbs fall and are available later rounds. Unless Brees falls a bit.

If its a more qb driven league(6 pts for td throws, etc) then obviously qbs take on more of a premium..

I'm in a standard league, 14 teams and I got Russell Wilson in the 3rd.. I had the 6th pick.

i forgot how many pts for TD but i think it might be 6. no idea if guy changed it or not.
 
I am still totally torn between McCoy and Martin. I know Martin is supposedly valued high for fantasy this year but I have a feeling Shady is gonna go nuts in Kelly's offense.

Martin had more rushing td, ypc, rush and rec yds and only 1 fumble while McCoy had 3 fumbles in 12 games and hasn't played a full season in 3 years
