Yeah It's annoying cause I've been on the hunt for TE and missed on the in-game pickup by mere seconds.
I'd give up Powell or Michael Floyd but this dudes got a hard-on for Vereen.

This. There are just too many weapons on the Broncos to get an accurate picture. The Broncos have Thomas (the better one), Welker, and Decker on the team. Plus as the weeks pile on, I think the running back picture will be much clearer, giving the Broncos another option on offense. Finally, the Broncos won't always be facing Ravens DEF where Peyton wants to pile on points against a revamp defense. I think Vereen will get some more time with Woodhead out and the limited amount of options @ Brady's disposal this year. I think Olsen will have good year this year, Cam has been looking for him more and more.

no question. do you really think denver will score 45 pts every game. also decker was left out in the cold last night. mark it down....he will have big games also. think demarius and welker will be the main targets with dr j and decker blowing up from time to time.

the hype machine is in full gear. jthomas might have a nice year but he also is NO LOCK. next week dudes will be asking to start jimmy graham or thomas. thats *** this is going.

Guess only time will tell. One thing that gives him the advantage though is he will be in more plays than Ogletree was in and has a actual quarterback unlike Hartline

Sure bet is Sproles. If you've been reading what I've been commenting, you'll see that I'm a sucker for NE players this weekend.
I love Vereen this year. He's obviously better than Woody from last year, and he's filling in for Hernadez. Not that he's as good, but people forget that he ws the starting RB last year until he got hurt.
While I love Vereen, no one with a right mind (or a decent RB core) would trade a top TE for Vereen. Not yet.
This I do not doubt. People need to take Week 1 coming out parties with caution. out of every 10 players that have a huge week 1, maybe 1 or 2 pans out for the rest of the year.

I've never been a fan of starting or drafting the 2 top receivers on the same team. If Eli has a bad day, it's good night for you. Go Cruz and Brown. Brown is a sleeper #1 receiver, with a chance to finish top 15-18 this year.
And you know what? Take a gamble with Jordan this week. He's either gonna get 5/60/1 or 1/8/0

I read somewhere that for 3 straight years with peyton, dallas clark either led or tied for tds playing next to wayne, harrison and gonzalez. if you have a good feeling about thomas then go for it. if he goes off again next week he will be untradeable. can't always play it safe it's just fantasy football anyway

My only concern with Julius Thomas is his health.. he's been injured quite a few times in the past.
I don't think he's a lock but I did draft him and sat him this week
.. if he can consistently do it for a couple more weeks you almost have to start him.. unless my TE I have ahead of him does dew dew next couple weeks I'd start Julius just off the fact that Denver has way too much weapons they can't focus on him and he has Peyton throwing him the ball
@Kobe4MVP out of the 3 I'd go Cecil
Tavon is still unproven he looked like *** in the preseason unless that way a ploy by the Rams to make teams not focus on him.. I'd rather have Givens then Austin if I wanted a receiver out of STL..
Mendenhall has looked pretty good in the preseason.. but he's playing against a young defense that looks pretty good.
Cecil is the Jags only real receiving weapon until Blackmon comes back and Kansas City is still gonna be *** this year I don't believe the hype

Nah I wasn't correcting your spelling mistake.. I just wasn't sure if you meant some sort of RB I didn't know about and could have been talking about David Wilson from the Giants.

Went through with trading Dez for Megatron. Sorta buggin about it but I can't see how I really lose lol. Especially since I have Witten on my team too. Rooting for both Dez and Witten as an Eagles fan would've been hell
