OFFICIAL 2013 FANTASY FOOTBALL TALK

Start Hakeem Nicks vs carolina or Julius Thomas vs oak for the flex?

Start ridley or Matthews at rb?

Thinking that the Oakland matchup may benefit Thomas but the Carolina secondary isn't so great neither

Bernard, maybe Austin if ppr.

Cincy will have to score to stay in the game, which they should based on their talent, the diplomats even had 120+ rushing yards against gb in the loss last week

Tough one.

I would go Wilson and Austin for what's its worth

Ehhh not all that tough, unless you feel mendy will be giving you something decent...under no circumstance do you play any Jags this week...last I checked Kaep and Boldin are better then henne and shorts, so look at that stat line from last week, additionally, Thomas does not have to help over the top against a Vernon Davis type player or frank gore type player an the jack line is way worse. I have no idea why he is even an option this week.

That leaves Austin, Wilson and mendy. The clear cut starter is Austin leaving you with a choice between upside and 5-7 points (mendy). I'd personally play my giants this week and that includes Wilson. Toms brother died this week and I think the players will come out playing hard for him and he will want to win and watching the denv game, it's clear their best chance to win is when Scott and slow mo Jacobs are on the bench

Need to choose one for my flex position, non-ppr standard scoring

Edelman v. TB
Moreno v. OAK
Tavon Austin @ DAL
Eddie Royal @ TEN
Sanders v. CHI

I have edelman there now. All of these guys are on the same level to me.. I have too many options

I think Eldeman and Moreno are more of your safer options this week.

Personally I'd play Austin. That game should be a shoot out and Bradford seems to trust him a lot.

And yea they are all close to the same level fantasy wise at the moment, but talent wise and athletically...Austin brings the most to the table and chances for more monster plays...

I'd personally play Nicks and Ridley...Nicks no questions if ppr

Lol dude offered me Dwayne Bowe for 49ers D?

Lololol...

Do you or he need D Bowe? I'm not a huge Bowe fan w Smith throwing him the ball. If it does not improve your lineup and Bowe is a bench player, I would not trade away a starter (regardless of D; unless you think you can flip Bowe to somone else)...I'm streaming Defs this year, but if you are gonna make a run in the playoffs, it's easier to have a matchup proof def and have another lottery ticket wr/RB on your bench.:...unless you think kc will start being down more and have to force the ball down the field...their def looks like the truth and I don't see that happening unless Charles gets hurt

I'd start D rich in the ppr as an rb2.

Trade wise for roddy, offer him pierce, worse he can do is say no or counter, but why start at a higher price w one of your other Rbs?

Still going back and forth on this one...

Tavon @ Dallas
Or
James Jones @ Cincy

I'd play Tavon and wouldn't blink

Also...

Would you trade my DeAndre Hopkins for his Steven Jackson?

I have McCoy, Wilson, Gio and Bryce Brown at RB. And Demaryius, Tavon, James Jones, Nuk, Edelman and Reuben Randle at WR.

Personally I would not. Step jack has been injury prone with soft tissue dings and te first two weeks clearly show Atl wants to throw even w a hobbled roddy. I like your team and depth in a trade situation like this. You have that RB on your bench who could help later and has much more upside then Jackson (Wilson)

Who should I play tomorrow from these three running backs?

Foster
CJ2K
Pierce

?

I'd play Foster

^ foster

Help me pick a flex rb/wr ppr league

Ryan Mathews vs titans

Or

Ty Hilton vs 49ers

Matthews is the safer play. Think Hilton has more upside with DH hurting and SF is going to want to come out hot after last week, so Indy will have to score. Tenns front 7 has been very impressive so far.

Should pick up Hopkins and play him this week? I would be dropping thompkins

Don't know about playing him this week based on rest of team, but you should run to make that move.

Marques Colston Vs Ari

or

Anquan Boldin Vs Ind

Boldin. Think SF tries to score as much as they can this week. I only play a few Wrs that will be matched up against Peterson as well and Brees is too smart to force anythin to Colston if Pat Pete has him locked down

Need a little late night advice guys...

PICK ONE:

Mike Wallace vs ATL

Anquan Boldin vs IND

Stevie Johnson @ NYJ

Rashard Mendenhall @ NO

Thank you!

Boldin and not close. Wallace is only other maybe and he's questionable with his groin

"Eddie Royal@TEN or Eric Decker@OAK" today?

Ehhhh man that's a tossup to me, both have upside based on Royals first 2 games

I'd personally play Decker since Peyton's throwing him the ball and it's SDs second east coast 1pm game in a row. They won last week, but most the time, west coast teams dot travel as well to the east (see seat beating carol by 2 in week 1 and blowing out sf at home)...we also do not yet know if rivers week 2 roasting was more due to him being back or Phillys def just sucking..you know w Peyton, they are and will be throwing and decker is a fav big (6'3) redzone target...i wouldn't say anything if you started royal tho, go w ur gut since its ur squad

I'm PRAYING David Wilson finally has a big game today. If he does I'm selling high on his *** to the Giants fan in my league to get Reggie Bush from him.

In a huge bind. I can't afford to start off 0-3. I need some advice. Pick two:

Fitzgerald vs NO, T.Austin vs DAL, D. Williams vs NYG

I have a WR and FLEX slot available.
