can't believe I came out with the win this week.

Checked the report on Megatron in the morning and yahoo said he's most likely to play so I left it as is, found out later the day he sat out :x
had Blackmon who balled out in his season debut on the bench too

also started Cam over Luck, had Owen Daniels starting too and didn't get much from them

the good thing was, I started Knowshon, instead of picking up Woodhead and starting him. Dez with the big game, Had the SF Def with the pick six, 3 INTs, fumble recovery, sack and held em to 3 points. :smokin

matched up against Kaep and Boldin so he didnt' get much from them. leading by 40 points and all he has left is Bilal Powell, so unless dude goes for 200 something yards and 4 TDs, I should be good.

getting him in the 6th is still a good value. but people forget, this is what cam was most of last season. that offense is just crap tho. they need to just watch seattle with russ wilson, and emulate the freedom he gets to run/improvise.

also, lafell has got to be the worst #2 wideout in the league. I cant believe how many times he screws cam per game.

I'm playing in three leagues. only one with really tight friends tho, and thats the only league I can trade in really. otherwise everyone just ******* on the message boards and has way too much confidence in their own picks. One guys is running out rashard mendenhall and montee ball as his backs EVERY WEEK. I've been offering him RBs left and right for some WR depth and he keeps turning me down. never playing with them dudes again

I just saw those Harvin tweets. Maybe he gets back on the field before the bye. Week 10 or 11. I still like Blackmon ROS. Jacksonville has to throw the ball, Seattle likes to run with Marshawn and Russ will keep it himself a lot.

I agree on when he comes back. MAYBE a little earlier. But I think that the offense changes a bit when harvin returns. theres a reason they traded for him. They dont want to just replace sid rice (who has been trash) or anything, they want to carve out a new, creative role for him in the offense

You're right, having him back out there will definitely open up the playbook on offense. I would call it more even if it was PPR since Harvin eats on the underneath routes and bubble screens whereas Blackmon is more of a downfield threat. But even still, the distribution of run/pass plays won't be as skewed towards the latter as it will be in Jacksonville. 'Hawks are going to be a lot more competitive and will mix up the playcalling as opposed to the Jags who are going to find themselves down big early and often and passing a lot as a result.

Garbage time points are just as valuable.

yea, its a high scoring league tho so its not impossible, thats why i noted that they are projected to score a combined 49pts. so far this year in this league, Julio's 4 games have been 26pts,78pts, 43pts, 37pts. so i got a decent chance!
