I researched a bit on cecil and dude is leading the league in targets, mainly cause he was the only throwing option before blackmon arrived. 
The team is going up against denver and will have to throw all game. I still think cecil will get plenty of looks because teams will choose to cover blackmon. 
I havent watched much jags games or know anything about cecil's game, is he a slot guy, outside guy?

I'm starting him over Larry Fitz this week. He's still gonna get a ton of targets even with Blackmon playing, simply because they're gonna be playing from behind every game. And the Jags WRs performed alot better last year when Henne took over for Gabbert, which is the case this week.

Here's their stats from last year (PPR). I believe Henne took over in week 10.

As for your trade, I'm not too high on Steve Smith but I'm not sure I'd deal him away for Shorts just yet.

i picked up Alex Smith in one of my many leagues since my QB situation is Kaep and Vick (out).

Another person wants Alex Smith in my PPR league badly, and I need RB help since I have AP and nobody else.

I just offered Alex Smith and Pettigrew (I already have TE's) for Sproles and Cecil Shorts.

He also has Mike Williams but he's questionable, do I make this trade considering my QB situation and need for RB ?

i dont want to trade steve smith... so ill just keep pushing stevie johnson on him

gio holds value in a ppr, but he shares carries. not worth as much in a standard league, especially since BJGE still gets goal line touches.

hopkins is at best the 3rd or 4th option in that vikings team,

edelman only has value if amendola isnt playing. 

youre not getting a top 15 RB, if thats what you think

Dude Gio is already a top 15 RB in fantasy. BGE is getting some of the goal line carries early on, yeah, but Gio also gets his share of them too. BGE is averaging like 2.5 yards a carry...Gio is a threat every time he touches the ball. His workload is only going to increase as the season goes on, don't let last game in the monsoon against the Patriots fool you.

for sure! T Rich really does NOT look good this year imo. I'm trying (and have succeeded once) to buy Ray Rice.

Last week, they give him like 30 touches. they win. Ravens have to learn at some point

but in all seriousness, I'd risk VJax.

Also, can we talk about how horridly overrated Mr Salsa Victor Cruz is? to me, hes a slightly above average wideout that just gets a TON of looks

put it this way... you are trading a waiver player (assuming that is where you got him after week 2) for a first round pick!

I wouldnt do it. Spiller QB situation is trash. Moreno plays in a GREAT offense where he gets bulk of carries and a handful of targets from Manning. He's not in any danger of losing touches anytime soon and look at his recent games, he puts up points.
