let it ride. people are gonna be who they are no matter what. i can guarantee you a page or two in this thread someone is going to talk about a bot.  im not a fan of that talk. why not warn those individuals selectively.

I c.

I started it over so that the thread will be easier to follow for both me and everyone else. Me making a stink in the last thread was really easy to miss. Me starting a new thread gets people's attention, makes for less stuff to sort through, and also allows me to follow the thread from start to finish.

What I can ask you guys to do is help steer that talk out of here instead of being negative of the fact that I am trying to do something about it.

Getting some gas when I was approached by a youngin....he asked for my toro 4's and he will trade me his toro 3's when he get them on Saturday. I gave him the blank face, finished pumping my gas, then goy in my truck
 
I see what you're trying to do BigJ .. honestly all we gonna hear today is how many people failed with RSVPs and more bot talk.

Maybe we should just lock all DB3 threads until noon on Saturday :lol:

Anyone work at a NT that received there shippment of DB3 in? I wonder what the production dates are on the inside tag....
 
Overall if you go into the situation expecting nothing.. You won't be let down. Second, if you allow yourself to get caught up in the hype, your own ambitions will crush you. These shoes are expected to be limited. It's not that big of a deal to miss a release date. I have once done this before and let it ruin my weekends. That's the problem with our gen. The world isn't going to end if you don't get a pair. Idk what's going to happen on sat but I wish everyone good luvk and hope that we can avoid violence for a pair of sneakers. I love my shoes just as much as the next kid but I can't allow myself have such childish emotions about something so minor in reality.

I remember when the DB line was real chill and somewhat easy to get. Everything before the DB 4s was smooth sailing. 4 and newer were epic fails for me.
 
I'm putting as much effort in as the next guy but at the end of the day.. Let the cards fall where they may. You never know what can happen in the future. Sometimes you miss the RD but cop later down the line. Does that mean the shoe has lost any sentimental value for u? IMO no, so you can't let the HYPE get to you. THAT, is the real reason many of us want the shoe. Just to be able to have someone else give you "props". A few words of advice to everyone, read more to learn more. It's crazy how smart we are when it comes to sneaker history but many people can't tell you the deepest body of water or whatever etc.. The point is, if you truly want something, you'll work for it. There are several outlets with info regarding up coming releases.. Look em up!!
