Charlotte Hornets Logo contest

First time seeing this thread and nice renderings on the first page. I'm pretty harsh with anything new, but I'm digging the new re-brand. Expect to see throwback nights with the old unis, but good work giving the people what they want.

Edit: That "CH" with the Crown, I need that on a cap :pimp:

I like the new logo but for those wondering why they didn't have the old one as the primary logo with a new look is because the league owns 50% of the rights to that logo.

idk. considering dude is a professional graphic designer based in north carolina and he only had that one post, i suspect he might have submitted his idea to the team.

As much as people like the old logo, it's severely outdated. Just looking at it, it feels old. The new, modern twist was executed greatly.  It's ok to let go of nostalgia from time to time.

This. People really thought they were gonna use a 20+ year old logo.
 
Any chance they have the court resemble the old one ? So tired of the generic main logo center court team color #1 or #2 in the paint in todays NBA

i've always been a fan of the old logo, jerseys, gear, colors, etc... im glad to see they're keeping it close.

with that said i hope i didn't jinx it only to see them end up butchering the jerseys :nerd: :lol:
