I cant even get in on this argument. The DC characters are too trash for me to know anything about them other than a handful of their names.

70s X-Men alone is much better than DC's entire back catalogue.

DC's universe never really appealed to me growing up but i think you can blame most of that on access.. the old heads in my fam who passed comics down to me were Marvel fanboys for the most part so they shaped my opinion on things early on

I didn't start actually getting into the DC comics until pretty recently. Idk but DC heroes have always come off as extremely distant (Gods Among Us basically lol) while Marvel has always made their heroes flawed in relatable ways to the 'everyman'

I've always disliked Superman & I feel like enjoying his character is crucial for really buying into the DC universe. Doesn't help that My introduction to Superman was the Dean Cain show :lol:

It's just preferences though I don't think one is definitely better than the other.

I bet I can google all of Time's "top" list and find a billion things wrong with all of them. Those list are only made for shock value.

I got into comics because of Morrison I read his batman run and I was confused at first. :lol:
 
Those new animated titles sound awesome.

The new JL cartoon seems like it'll be great too.
 
I hope Hamill does the Killing Joke. I believe he did say he would make a comeback if they did that storyline so hopefully he stands by his words.


Not 100% sure if the JL vs Titans means the Teen Titans but if it is then it'll awesome, could be like a Young Justice movie.

What can we expect from DC tomorrow besides SS and BvS footage?

Wouldn't be surprised if the JL cast shows up. Maybe even the Rock as Black Adam and announce who will play Shazam(?) though I haven't caught word of him being in San Diego (yet?). GL cast announcement?

Affleck writing and directing a Batman film has been reported so maybe they announce that date along with a solo Superman sequel?

this is the year for the Full JL Photo op. SDCC has practically been handed to DC this year so I expect them to fully capitalize and probably completely blow their load with the announcements

lots of BvS footage, GL casting, Suicide Squad footage (aka seeing Leto's Joker in action for the first time)... i think they just let it all out
