Nah all the Robins suck.
From the first one to the last. Always found the concept dumb and pretty irrational for what Batman developed in to. I mean we're not talking Adam West Batman anymore. Now it's like a legacy thing they don't want to ditch.

According to who? He was doing fine without one before his creation. The Batman comic is great without any of the Robins helping same goes for Detective Comics.

It was a great year of Batman comics where like I said he was doing fine.
On top of that there's all of the Batman tales (more so after the Miller revamp everyone followed) without any Robin or sidekick except for Alfred if you want to count him.

The Robins suck.
The only time an idea like that was interesting was in the Batman Beyond ep (or was it like an event movie?) and the Joker had that plan to screw Bats with a new Joker decades after his death.
Knowing who the Joker use to be has always been a bit of no go. Plus the whole idea of somebody taking up his name like it's a mantle just reminds you nobody will ever really measure up. Especially if they're still facing OG Bats.

During the Comic Con panel, Snyder says he wanted to take visual cues and elements from TDKR(eturns), but the story itself wasn't based on any particular source material. "Original story" from Chris Terrio he says and from something I read awhile back, Goyer was not really part of this project, but they're giving him a producing credit and possibly a writers credit as well.
The reach with the Joker story would be kinda lame. Also, it would take away from a future Nightwing appearance and/or a Jason Todd/ Red Hood storyline.
If the theory does prove to be true though( which is pretty doubtful), the fact that Leto is actually a year older than Affleck in real life is crazy, dude has some great genes
Can you imagine a prequel with leto as robin?
Knowing what he becomes? Kinda like star wars lol

I posted after I saw the BvS trailer that I'm leaning to watching it but I honestly don't mind waiting a whole other year until it's on cable or even catching a bootleg. Make no mistake it's mainly Batffleck that keeps my interest. I aint forget the MOS trash that kinda just turned me off on Supes.

I'll have no problem saying it was a good movie if that is what it ends up being. But right now it looks like trash.
SS looks good. At least a 7/10. And I will have no problem trashing it if it turns out I dont like it.

And that "v" in Batman vs Superman still bothers me.
Add the stupid "s" it aint a court case. Hell I would even prefer the "x" that they use in japan instead of just the "v".
