yeah his comic with Arsenal and Starfire was cool I liked. Glad to start seeing ole boy shine lord knows it's been a while comingI honestly think that he just plain receives worse writing than the others. Pre-Crisis as you said he was just a clone of **** Grayson. Post-Crisis they tried to do something different, which got him killed. Then he's resurrected as Red Hood in a solid story arc. After that however he basically just jumps around the DCU fighting Batman, Nightwing, and Robin at various points, and basically just whining and acting out about how rough he had it. Only in the New 52 has he finally gotten some type of direction.
The other cast looks more fun haha
The Town except with joker as the main guy and everyone will have a Boston accent
"Get in the bat caaaa"
I'd watch it
Joker is also asexual.joker gonna be jelly.
I'm in tears. The Eat, Pray, Love and the long *** Dawn of the Rise of the Planet of the Apes got me dying the most. I can picture Will saying it.

Son aint in to yambs, he in to chaos.
I aint never seen in a comic The Joker be affectionate with a woman or a man. At worst or at best is his affection for Batman which isn't about ******* or getting ****** by him. It's some psychological crazy love/obsession involving chaos.I'm in tears. The Eat, Pray, Love and the long *** Dawn of the Rise of the Planet of the Apes got me dying the most. I can picture Will saying it.

On any random day the dude's either Batsexual, heterosexual, or asexual, and it also varies based on the interpretation.
I was mainly thinking the in continuity comics. Not all of this alt reality trash but besides that I haven't read or seen any of these to be honest.Master Zik Batman Adventures features him getting jealous over Harley Quinn showing affection to Batman instead of him. He then proceeds to start beating Batman to a pulp, with the incident in question being what drives him back to crime.
All Star Batman and Robin has him outright having sex with a woman.
The Batman Arkham Series has Harley thinking she's pregnant for a bit, which would make zero sense if her and Joker never had sex.
Injustice actually had her get pregnant with Joker's kid, but leave it with her sister since she didn't believe she and Joker could raise a child.
Honestly depends on what verse you're operating in at the time, which also applies to what exactly his relationship with Batman is beyond arch-nemesis.

Ppl told me All Star sucked so I stayed away and if that happened sounds like the bad Miller comic ppl say it is The only Batman cartoon I've watched is the GOAT animated series and that short stint that followed it when he was rocking the gray and black costume, granted your description just sounds like jealousy for something the Joker may see as property. I don't play Arkham and I read Injustice by Tom Taylor but don't recall Harley getting pregnant by Joker in it.
