DC Studios THREAD - GunnVerse Begins - Chapter ONE: Gods & Monsters

I can't even remember him in anything except antwon fisher which I never watched and him guest starring on The Americans.

I haven't seen him in anything since Antwon Fisher either. I know he's been on a grip of TV shows that I don't watch. Glad to see a brother flourishing, but I never thought he was that great of an actor.

even paying reviewer DC can't do 'em like Disney/Marvel :smh:

WB Has Been Fined By The FTC For Paying For Favorable Video Game Review Scores

The FTC just dished out a heavy fine to Warner Bros. for failing to disclose that video game reviews from several notable YouTube personalities were in fact, promoted content (advertising). The most famous name among the list was PewDiePie, the face of the "Let's Play" streaming movement whose channel counts over 46 million subscribers. The specific fine is for placing a disclaimer in the video's description box rather than making the disclosure in the actual video. Of course a number of "reviewers" didn't have the disclaimer present in either location.

Jessica Rich, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection stated, "Consumers have the right to know if reviewers are providing their own opinions or paid sales pitches. Companies like Warner Brothers need to be straight with consumers in their online ad campaigns."

This particular case is centered around the release of the 2014 video game, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, a PS4 and Xbox One game. Ironcially enough, this game likely didn't need paid reviews, as it received several awards, including Game of the Year at the 17th Game Developers Choice Awards.

While not divulging specific numbers, the complaint alleges that WB paid hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars to paid influencers on the condition that they gave favorable scores and didn't discloses any bugs or glitches.

WTF  the funny thing is that WB's games have been consistently fire for years

Arkham City, Injustice, MKX (?), Arkham Knight, Shadow of Mordor, and Injustice 2.

Why the **** do they need to be paying YouTube personalities?

That's what makes this more a :smh:

IF King Shark is in this, please don't kill him. Need him for the sequel ASAP. Hopefully he's just like he's in the comic.

youtube is bizarro world. Never even knew who that pewdiepie guy was but he has an insane amount of subscribers and the youtube community puts him on a pedestal.

eisenberg is already the riddler.

Nah, it's time for them to portray the articulate Riddler. All that stuttering and stammering is too much for some one who is intelligent and masterful enough to trip up Batman and match wits with him.

I'm still hoping one day that they actually get the god Leo to portray him on the big screen like Nolan wanted.

Y'all talking about Idris is too old when RDJ is 50+ playing a 35+ year old lol
Cuz he got it relatively early and was so amazing at it that it makes nothing but sense to let him have it for a decade.

If Idris turned out to be an amazing Jon Stewart maybe he could have that same longevity.

I've been saying since day 1, Derek Luke should be GL/john stewart
I'm a big Luke fan. He was wasted in the first Cap as Jones. To me he has a lot of talent but did not capitalize on it either cuz of him or his agent. Dude is in his 40a now. Simply did not get the right roles to maximize his potential.

His star has fallen so I don't see how he could get the GL role. WB/DC would be taking a risk on him with Jon. Then again they got a nobody to play lame *** Cyborg.

even paying reviewer DC can't do 'em like Disney/Marvel :smh:
 ******* pathetic.

Thats a dumb *** swerve thank God they didn't do that
 It doesn't even make ******* sense. The entire BvS the ******* Riddler had been publicly pretending to be Lex and nobody notices? That's taking a good disguise too far.

You need to give up on this Lex Luthor thing....

I was only half serious, but I'm out here trying to come up with solutions. Riddler deceiving everyone still isn't as bad as feeding a man some Jolly Ranchers. :smh:
