1. You guys already knew who the actress was.
2. That's just an unflattering picture.
3. I think a female lead like this can't be some bombshell, to attract female viewers she has to be relatable. I'm sure all the focus testing bares this out.

Isn't CW main demo tweens? and teenagers. female centric properties targeting have a very relatable lead girl. Twiglight/Divergent/hunger games ect ect.

This. It got me heated that last episode with him basically being Batman now.  Its the best comic book show out. Flash is good but I just enjoy arrow better.

Sometimes it feels like I'm watching a soap opera watching Arrow. The drama is laid on a little too thick. Still, I enjoy it sometimes. My favorite part of the show is Felicity, and Arrow's little sister, and the fighting.

Flash is better. It doesn't take itself as seriously. It can get corny sometimes but I can deal with it. And the lead is very likable. The only thing I'd wish is more Iris and more consistent limits on his powers.

The CW shows are aimed at a specific audience and they work.

If you don't like them, they aren't really aimed at you.


It's not for me but to call ti garbage is just wrong.

I like both shows but they definitely would be much better if some of the annoying stuff was eliminated. I wonder if the major networks were interested in them. One of the main drawbacks being on a major network would've been a big emphasis on ratings though and threats of cancellation. CW allowed smallville to run for 10 seasons even when it should've ended a little sooner.

Amell isn't a good actor. He shouldn't even be considered a role in any of the films. Chick who plays Thea is god awful as well.

I didn't. I knew her name but I never bothered to google her. I kinda took it for granted she'd be attractive or fit the mold of Supergirl. When this was announced all I saw was her name. When it was posted in here all I saw was her name. When I say her last name I gotta remember there's an s in it so I don't confuse her with that wrestler/murderer Benoit, that's what comes to mind when I see her name. I've been noticing as of late some NTers have just been slacking on not posting pics

There's no need to go from one extreme to another but that your mind goes to thinking these guys not liking this chick must mean they want a bombshell says more about that chick than anything. She looks bland as ****. She don't even look built to be Supergirl.

CBS got a stable of attractive females (even for the shows geared towards old ppl that I don't watch). They dropped the ball here.
