DC Studios THREAD - GunnVerse Begins - Chapter ONE: Gods & Monsters

It's kind of hard to see but I had no idea the soldiers had Kal-El's symbol on the uniform...
Didn't notice that neither...Based off the "False God" written on his status, I'd imagine these guys are his "followers" of some sense...on some religious cult type of thing...

It moved a little bit.

The casting seems weak but I'll be there day one nevertheless.

The way it seems is as though they are trying to play into the whole "power got to his head" type of deal...which is lame as *****

Movie looks VERY dark...reminds me ALOT of Sin City

It's probably Lex playing the people to turn on him.

But man, just watched this on my 65" UHD TV and DAMN!!!

One thing Snyder can't fail on is the visuals and this one delivers. Makes it very tempting to go see it on the IMAX screen now.

forgive me because this is probably a dumb question but I am not a huge comic book guy...

is Batman supposed to be a villain in this or do they team up?

Looks to be that Superman is the antagonist of the film....Batman is human so he is representing us, showing the world that we shouldn't put our faith in the hands of someone who isn't us....or at least that's the message im getting

The trailer would like you to think that Superman might be the villain, but he won't be. Bat's and Supes will initially duke it out, but will undoubtedly join forces to take on the real villain who has yet to be revealed (possibly Lex Luthor).

...

Man of Steel--a visual-laden, decent superhero flick that devolves into DBZ in the final battle, but in the end doesn't create a Superman that we can believe in

Dark Knight Rises--***** all over what was built upon by BMB and TDK

Cap 2--most overrated superhero flick of all time

Forgot to mention the trash that is Iron Man 3
