DC Studios THREAD - GunnVerse Begins - Chapter ONE: Gods & Monsters

 @ Warner Bros for thinking only people at Comic-Con should only be allowed to see the SS trailer.

It's 2015. Everybody records everything.

Yeah, but I see their complaint. Part of the reason to get up and go to SDCC is to see the exclusive stuff. If they just released everything comic con would lose some of its appeal

Not digging the SS trailer but that's not a big letdown given I haven't liked much of what I've seen or heard about it leading to this trailer.

Great. NT has now entered the era of belittling TDK trilogy as just 3 average films. :smh:

We're only a few weeks away from Ledger was meh, Oldman was so so, Freeman was worthless, Bale was terrible, Caine was misused, and Nolan is the new Wachowski brothers post Matrix 1. :rolleyes
Nobody said this. Lets be honest, go read through that thread dudes were ******** on TDKR once it came out so off that alone you can't be calling that trilogy the best. You know the greatness of it starts and ends with TDK. TDK is still a great movie cuz you know, Ledger.

One of those other expected statements been a fact though. I think you know which one.

The biggest reason for comic con for movie studios, is to get buzz. They wouldnt see this type of buzz if no one saw the trailer.

Their issue is the trailer not having complete SFX and stuff like that. But in 2015 they are better off just releasing a finished trailer than showing a partially complete trailer thinking it wont get out.

They need to find a different exclusive than that

I've accepted that they didn't go for the monster animal thing killer croc and went for the more realistic skin problem mobster croc that just so happened to eat people. Not exactly my first choice but ehh

Plus it's unrefined and that is when you get the most complaints because the product isn't finished.

Like Croc, they are doing both practical and cgi effect on him so the very little we saw is not even close to the final product.

A lot of the people who go to see the trailers tweet and blog about it. The buzz will be had either way. And like RFX just stated, those trailers aren't even done yet.

I never and still don't understand some of the love I see by fans for Begins.

Because Batman & Robin was released 7 years prior to Begins...That's why it gets the love
 Okay that makes sense as far as a what have you done for me lately reaction.

In that same vein, I can better understand ppl defending MOS after Returns :x :smh:
Can we at least agree that Nolan isn't that great at action? That fight scene with Bane was :x
Son that last fight scene with Bane was TERRIBAD  :smh:

I didn't mind and enjoyed the whole born in the darkness break his back comic style fight but the fight when he returns to Gotham made a joke of every fight scene in the movie. Pull the little things on his mask and Bane is in pain  You talk about a movie taking a nosedive after the Talia reveal during the climax, just so bad.

^
That is just so off base if that what makes the film bad.

What are yall top five comic book movies all time?
Also what makes a great comic book movie to yall?

ah yes, no Will Smith movie is complete without a "Lets go save the world" to confirm it's a Will Smith movie.

Nothing aside from Margot has me too interested in SS.
Good thing I'm not the only one that noticed such corniness :smh:

I expect Captain Cold's lines in that CW tv show to end up being better.

Also the whole lets slip in the title of the movie after some exposition of their situation with a character naming the group is lame too :smh: "Oh so we're some sort of Suicide Squad, huh"

SS looks legit, but idk why y'all can't just let it be great on it's own. Why does a 3 minute trailer have to already be better than a MCU movie that hasn't even been officially released
