DC Studios THREAD - GunnVerse Begins - Chapter ONE: Gods & Monsters

Wow. That costume is dope. Wasnt expecting that at all

Stuff like this annoys me

It looks good but it's not practical for fighting crime

Sarcasm? Satire of the feminist comic book reading community? I'm sure it is more practical than batman's cowl
she's wearing heals tho

Might as well be in a Jurassic world prequel

Batmans cowl hides his identity, what does this skirt do other than arouse fanboys?

Female tennis players and mma fighters wear skirts, they wear it because it's part of their steez.

The heels footwear thing is the same deal. I do like how my bae Mockingbird on aos and I think the other women wear flat soled boots.

Her and the costume are looking good.

Weariing those long capes aren't practical either and are just for design.

It's still happening. There were actually rumors about plots of the film.

'The Incredibles 2' plot spoilers: Syndrome manipulates Jack-jack to fight own family

Ever since director Brad Bird let slip that he would be working on the second installment of "The Incredibles" after he finished with "Tomorrowland," fans have been eagerly awaiting news about the progress regarding Pixar's hit movie. Now that the science-fiction mystery adventure film is done, a lot of speculations about plots and characters have been making the rounds in the web.

Crossmap reports that the villain Syndrome will return to cause trouble to the superhero family. He will purportedly use the youngest of the Parr, Jack-jack, against his own family. In the last movie, the baby showed his powers by thwarting Syndrome's plans to steal him when he transformed into a little monster.

Jack-jack and his powers is said to be the focus of the upcoming sequel. According to Wikia, he will be a six-year-old rebel who cannot seem to control his special abilities. He will soon discover that the key lies in whenever he becomes angry and villainous. Syndrome will allegedly use Jack-jack's confusion and turn him into a sort of apprentice. Then, he will set loose the monster to fight against his own family.

Bob and Helen will be retired from being superheroes. It is now the dynamic tandem of Dash and Violet whom people rely on to fight crimes around the world. Their parents still help them nab bad guys from time to time, but their main focus is now taking care of Jack-jack, who was almost kidnapped five years ago.

Meanwhile, Movie News Guide reports that Samuel L. Jackson's character "Lucius Best aka Frozone" will be seen again in "The Incredibles 2." It also reveals that the plot will be set 11 years in the future instead of just five, as what the other sources claim.

"Every time I run into Brad, he always tells me Frozone is part of what's going on in the sequel, so I have to believe that. I guess they could be the Incredibles without Frozone, but I think Frozone would be a wonderful addition to what's already there," he said.

Pixar has not yet commented on the possible release dates of "The Incredibles 2," but most of the conjectures point to a 2017 or 2018 premiere.

The Incredibles is the best Fantastic 4 movie we've had :smokin

Pixar is working on Cars 3 first since the merch for that is like 3rd or 4th best selling merch in the world. Cars 2 sold 8B of merch in 4 years. So we are prolly waiting until 2018 for the sequel.

Don't understand. How can the sequel be set 11 years in the future but Jack-Jack is only 6?

Read it again. Some sources are claiming 6 years some sources are claiming 11. A 6 year old rebel makes no sense to me but whateva

This is the thread to say all that salty ****

I'm lost on how the Incredibles are anything like the F4. I mean you got to strip down F4 to just be about a family of superheroes to even have the comparison makes sense.

MCU is the most successful cinematic superhero franchise bar none so it makes sense ppl would try to take weak shots.

Besides Dash they literally have the same powers as F4 and they are a family.

Incredibles >>>>>>>>>>>> Any version of F4 including on the page.

Mr. Incredible/Mr. Fantastic
One of the members can turn invisible/use forice fields
One of the members can stretch
One has super strength
The baby by all acounts has greater potential than all of them (With one of his abilities covering the Human Torch's)
The ending with the Underminer was a homage to the ending to the F4's first adventure, which featured Mole Man
A family of superheroes

The Incredibles was great, and actually far more interesting to me than the Fantastic 4 ever were, but there were clear parallels between the two that are easy to see.
