Straight up I don't like Chirs Pratt as a actor. Dude is extra vanilla man, I wish Bradley Cooper would have been Star Lord. Dude was not funny on Parks, extra wooden in Jurassic World and looks cringeworthy in the magnificent seven trailer (which looks even worse).
It's crazy how Shazam is the casting no one can really call. Like everyone expected the Rock to be Shazam so his casting threw us all off
I can't imagine John Cena cause I can't imagine that crew cut on screen or what he would look like without

I was gonna mention earlier, Kitsch, Hammer, Courtney, Worthington, etc. must bereally madsick when Pratt became a success story and he's been attached or rumored for every lead action role they would've got as the 6th choice since.

You say buggin like Pratt out here looking Lawrence Oliver dude is bland as they come. Evans, Hemsworth are leagues above this guy. Kitsch just made the wrong choices in roles I tell ya.
Coutney showed in SS he just needs to stay Austrlian and that's it. I haven't seen Arnie Hammer, dude could have been our Bruce Wayne if that original JL movie came to life. Worthington is legit a plank of wood in screen.

I'm a fan of Chris Pratt and Parks and Rec was my show for a minute, but the overall goofiness of Star Lord in GOTG is more Gunn's direction.
Shazam is a tough cast because how he looks doesn't match how he acts. Everyone's just naming the big macho dudes in Hollywood, but I'm telling y'all. That Danny Wheeler guy is perfect. The same way you're lobbying for Adkins is the same way I think this Wheeler dude can portray Shazam.

That's kinda my point for Shazam, a lot of the guys who would physically match him just don't seem to have the charisma to be who he really is. The rock legit would have been that guy

Nah, I say that cuz Kitsch is horrible and has no personality. Brings nothing but a monotone lifeless almost airheaded portrayal to his characters. Pratt has a personality.
You don't need to be Laurence Olivier to be better than Taylor Kitsch
or those other bums I mentioned. Yeah, that was his main problem. Bad roles not bad acting. Still haven't seen the movie but you do know this is a horrible endorsement for an actor right? Imagine Andrew Garfield or Gary Oldman had to just stay British Courtney is a bum.
