All these years I thought Luthor was black and now he's just really tan

 I almost posted this one.

Don't worry though guys, plenty other ppl thought Lex was suppose to be black too. I mean they all ignored that Lex is basically the embodiment of "The Man" as in the white man but hey I guess how it's drawn was that convincing.

Keep in mind this dude voiced Lex

Anyway the creator and artist of that version of Lex has said he's not black, tans easily, and was inspired by Savalas due to his role in On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

After American Gangster I think it is hard to argue against Denzel Washington. I was hoping it would be him if they went the route where Luthor is a loved figurehead/politician.

this animation of lex reminds me of harvey dent on batman the animated series but with no hair. on mobile so i cant post a pic.

We all know what you talking about bruh, no need to post a pic.

Your right though

Was that a Batman (movie/tv series) where Dent doesn't become Two Face? :nerd:  I can't see my boy Lando being down for that.

It's from the original Batman movie. At the time, plans were to have him play Two Face in a sequel. We all know how the sequels went. :rolleyes

Tommy Lee Jones got it a couple Batmen later. By that time though, even Batman was played by a different actor.

Exactly, and the animated series had a lot of Tim Burton influence.

And how did two face look in the animated series again? Oh nah, he was just a white guy with an O.D. tan and full lips. :rolleyes

You trying to say Bruce Timm purposely drew Harvey Dent to look like a black man or even Billy Dee Williams? Dent was only in the series for a few eps before he became Two Face. I honestly can't buy somebody trying to play this game.

I think a lot of us have vastly different ideas of how a black person is suppose to look in a cartoon.

Thought he was black based off of his full lips and broad nose. Characters of color are the only ones you see with those facial features.
