Can we stop this Supes could have done this, done that, etc... especially if those changes will completely ruin one of the best comic books ever written?

I mean it's just ridiculous. Just enjoy the book and let the most hated hero on NT get his beatdown.

People say he is overpowered but then even when he is actually getting his a** kicked Supes is still being hated on.

It's cuz that's the corner he's been placed in by writers. Over powered and a goody two shoes. So when he gets in fights with weaklings the logic kicks in to ask why is this happening? Happens with other superheroes too but with Supes it tends to be the most egregious given how clearly defined these heroes roles are. Plus now that he's killing as a last resort you'll get more of this.

Dude really should just exist in his own universe.

Doesn't red kryptonite make him a jerk but cool? Have him be exposed to that for a while or have another kryptonian hero show up who is an alpha badass.

Yeah on Smallville. That was the best type of kryptonite.

In the comics it does something a little different but they've rebooted so many times they've changed what it does.

I'd think they'd be doing a bit much adding red kryptonite in this.

I'm split, if they do fight I reasonably expect Supes to take all of Batman's weak attacks. The main reason he gave Supes a beating in TDKR was cuz he was weakened from a nuke. I don't think they'll be dumb enough to have another situation with Bats and anything nuclear reactive. So it'll be letting Batman "beat him up" until Supes has had enough. Again I don't think they're bringing in kryptonite just for this fight.

On the other hand, watching Batman beat the **** out of Supes would be satisfying
