Love the suit.

I love the suit as well. Seems like the batsuit is hard to mess up if you put effort into it.

Battfleck is done with the close up shots at the moment, he was in Toronto 2 weeks ago donning the batsuit. He could always go back once they move on to the next set if he is needed.

I'm also not big on the helmets neck not being movable

TDK & TDKR is the goat of all batman suits

I would have preferred if they went the dark knight route and made it more practical..

As was joked in that movie, would be kinda hard to move your neck in that one.. And considering he's going be going up against superman I assume he'll be looking up a lot and having to turn his head pretty fast

I'll hold off judgement until the film comes out, but even in production shots, that's on par with my two favorite suits (Batman Begins & Batman Returns).

It really does look pretty slick ,an almost literal adaptation from the comics that's been made palatable for the real world. On par with the TDK/TDKR suits as my favorite ones so far. Can't wait to see how good the final product looks.

Coming from someone who's a stranger to the whole Batman comic world, what's so great about this suit?

It's an almost perfect adaptation of the suit from one of the more revered Batman stories,The Dark Knight Returns. Plus it's the first suit that's actually been grey which is usually the default color in the comics.
