Just got back from seeing it and although it wasn't anything groundbreaking,it's way better than I was expecting given the mixed reviews . It gets a thumbs up from me.

Batfleck might just be my favorite Bats already

Anyone have any idea if that post apocalyptic scene in the middle was just a dream sequence or was it more of a look into a future ruled by Darkseid?

Was the movie great? Nope.

Did it get me hype for upcoming DCEU movies? Yes.

So in that sense, i guess DC/WB did their job with this movie

I would love them to use the legacy episode of STAS as source material for Darkseid and Superman.

I agree with some of this. The power point presentation in the middle. Actually has me interested in Cyborg, that could actually be interesting if they went in a body horror type of direction with it.

I still don't think that that movie is coming out tho.

but i am pretty inerested in the non snyder directed films. other than flash, I have desire to see a grim dark flash.

It definitely isnt a great film but lets stop acting like its the worst comic based film you ever watched.
This isnt meant to be an analytical/canon film or anything like that.

I mean what would you put above it? League of Extrodinary gentlemen? Batman and Robin?

it doesnt need to be analytical it doesnt need to be canon, it just needs to follow the fundamentals of good story telling and filmmaking.

just came back from a second viewing. My love for this movie just increased. Cant wait to see it again tommorow with my little cousin. Had to download the OST as soon as i got home. WW's track is

when the wonder woman theme came on it was legit the funniest moment in the movie

i burst out laughing 

it felt like the music they would use to satirically introduce a hero in an epic way in a SNL skit
