This was a long time coming fellas.

So happy I'm able to see this team win another one.

Never forget that nobody thought we had a shot. Everyone was against us these last two weeks. We proved the whole world wrong.

Literally everybody was, man. Gave us no chance. You gave Wade and that defense 2 weeks to prepare to shut down that offense? Breh :pimp: go back through my posts, I wasn't worried g.

I wish there were some broncos fans/friends around me. celebrating this one alone.

I grew up a Broncos fan in upstate NY because they were almost always the 4pm NBC game every week. I was always the only one of us I knew. Suffered through a Giants SB blowout, a Washington (haha, their name is ***'d out by NT) SB blowout and a Niners SB blowout. The only thing I had going for me was I wasn't a Bills fan.

Anyway, I get to college and suddenly Elway, TD and Shannon lead the guys to 2 straight, and I'm STILL the only one gung-ho for the orange.

But you know what? I felt like I knew something nobody else did. I knew that I was a fan of a bunch of guys who were going to be, and became, champions. I knew what all my friends didn't. That the QB wasn't too old. That the no-name RB wasn't too slow. That the defense was gonna make the big stops.

Now you feel like I did back then, and frankly, I'm a bit jealous. I miss seeing that first one, even if I was the only one dancing on those Sundays.

I just watched this one at home with my girl (a Jets fan, god help her). But you know, I've watched my team win THREE Super Bowls now, and damn if I don't feel blessed for that.

Soak this in, my man, and hopefully you get to experience it again!

thanks, everyone. love being part of broncos country. I feel like we don't have the bandwagoners like so many other teams do. and we've been very successful but also have learned to deal with heartbreak and loss (who remembers losing to the jagwads? :x). SNKR, I grew up in Colorado and watched 3 super bowls there (although you go back even further than me ). I remember the blowout loss to SF and the years of waiting to get back. when we played green bay, I watched the fourth quarter by myself because I was too nervous. today I'm also kind of glad I watched alone, because I would've flipped out if I was at a party with casual fans and they started talking **** (that **** happened a couple years ago when we lost to the ravens in the playoffs).

we were underdogs these past two weeks. it's so satisfying to win. and I like cam and he's a good qb. but he has some incredibly annoying fans and that makes this even sweeter.

great defense. I hope we keep this core together for years. the modern orange crush.

Lol, last time vs. Seattle I went upstairs just after halftime (kickoff return for the TD) to go watch Lord of the Rings. This year I really thought Carolina was gonna trounce us, so I watched the first two LOTRs yesterday & this AM, and was fully planning on watching Return of the King at halftime.

Needless to say, I don't mind watching it tomorrow morning (took the day off just in case, plus I'm going to Springsteen tomorrow night).

I'mma be up drunk all night.
