How come nobody ties their shoe laces anymore?

I used to tie all of my shoes up. Tilll anout 2 yrs ago. Im 24. Some shoes fit good enough to were you dont need to lace em up. I don get how ppl wear timbs and have hlf the dam show string hangin out. Heavy *** boot, wouldnt it be slide off every time you walk?

They're actually work boots but I got them to use as winter boots because I liked them.

I remember when i went to jail in my lebrons, they took my laces and i guess in the process, fhe plasic tips fell off on one lace. I was never able to put those laces back on. Tey were my favorite lebrons i had. I cut the grass in them hows now
