lets hope because from what ive been reading zach sudfeld is pretty injury prone also

as expected..gronk doesn't make the trip. but aaron dobson also did not make the trip to buffalo. he's got a bad hammy right now. bolden also out.

mike reiss seems to think dobson is the last WR option even if healthy (not including slater). interesting. it makes sense i guess. from what i've seen, he doesn't get great separation, at least not as much as the others.

yeah i mean a win is a win, but god damn. so many ******g miscues on offense, but when the game was on the line, they got it done.

TB12 wasn't going to let us lose that game. despite the drops and fumbles....you knew he was going to get us in position to win. we had no issues moving the ball for most of the game, just couldn't finish drives.

amendola was a beast. can't lie...when he pulled up limping, i was pissed. but he gutted it out and was HUGE on that final drive. made some awesome catches.

edelman with two nice TD catches. couple drops, but can't complain too much. thompkins had a bit of a rough debut but will be fine. sudfeld was a no show and the cause of the INT imo. dropped it right into the bills' hands.

ridley...don't even get me going. dude's hands continue to be absolutely garbage. i don't get why it's so hard. vereen on the other hand came in and saved the day with his performance. he played great.

offensive line had some issues early but settled down in the second half for the most part.

defense...outside of a non existent pass rush, they played pretty damn well. the robert woods TD was the only real god awful play. otherwise, they came up big. made some big stops after the offense put him in bad spots all game long. we just need to work on getting a pass rush...a team with any ounce of offensive talent would have lit us up today. i would say it's the same problem as last year in that respect.

It was a big win but an ugly win. Ill take it. Alot of miscues on offense for sure but theres alot of new guys. Ridley SMFH. Anyone know if Dobson will be available for thursday?

Vareen out is a big loss. Not sure if we will play ridley by default or if he can show enough to make coach play him thursday. Might be blount and bolden if hes healthy.

Not sure who can do some catching out of the backfield for us. to be honest not sure if leon washington can but something tells me that may be part of the plan.

There wont be any easy games this year. Just keep in mind we gave buffalo 14 points yesterday.(ridley fumble & int). We have to play mistake free football in terms of turnovers and we should be ok till we get some guys back.
 
WOW thats crazy...

that shane vareen news freaking sucks ...we cant catch a break with these injuries

so here's the current injury list for the skill guys on offense:

vareen: wrist....def out thurs
gronk: out thurs
amendola: groin...questionable
sudfeld: hamstring...questionable
dobson: hamstring...questionable

that's all i know of...i'm sure there's more. short week this week sucks pretty bad :lol:

would love the defense to really steal this one on thursday night here. offensively we may struggle

vareen seemed ok and played the whole game so maybe its not too bad

gonna need kenbrell thompkins to step up 

9 day break and 2 division wins going into week 3 would a great way to start the season

vareen had surgery yesterday and they're saying 3-4 weeks. sucks he would miss the ATL game. i THINK amendola will be OK, but who knows.

RB -- Ridley , Blount & Leon Washington
