***OFFICIAL NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS SEASON THREAD*** (13-4) - Patriots @ Broncos - Sun 3:05PM EST - Bra

seeing a lot of edelman and chandler jones jerseys being retweeted by those two this morning....hopefully edelman stays in NE

i wonder how many votes tom brady will get for MVP? i know pey pey will win it, but if you take pey pey from the broncos whats their record would be like? and if you take brady out how many games?

slim to none . i think there is a strong argument for him being MVP , but the problem is that its not stat based (whcih is what the MVP award has become)

yeah i mean from a statistical standpoint, not much to boast about. but the fact that we're in position to potentially be a one seed and in a STRONG position to be the two seed is a testament to how great a QB TB12 is. and that extends to the coaching as well, who has dealt with plenty of injuries and rookies on the defensive side of the ball as well.

Pats released CB Marquice Cole AGAIN today

guess his part in the botched play on Wallace vs Dolphins was too much? I had the feeling he really only saw the playing field as a last straw and with the play of Logan Ryan it didnt help his cause

funny that you mention that. that's the EXACT thing that came to my mind

i don't know though...agreed that logan's play has definitely made this move doable. but i'm wondering if they're looking to bring in an OL...we're getting thin there.

lol, yeah mind you i put most of the blame on Gregory on that play. dude didnt give ANY help to MC putting himself in no position to make the tackle. MC i think actually had decent coverage and Gregory just hung him out there

OL move would be an area i see them trying to solidify especially since we need to have an untouched Brady as much as possible during this playoff run

i dont think thats why they released him . Cole for the most part is extremely solid on special teams

Ninko missed practice today ...

agreed

although he did only play 1 snap last week and thompkins is back

Thad Lewis is playing for the Bills on Sunday . worried about his legs , and also for w/e reason we let back up QBs go off against us :smh:

Case Keenum (2013)
Jason Campbell (2013)
Chad Henne (2012)

all you can really say about today is: blount :pimp:

good to have the bye week. who would you guys most want to play between KC, indy, or cincy? i'd take my shot against cincy i think at home.

#BlountForceTrauma all day today...they say he has been def one of the happiest players in the locker room since he hasnt experienced a real winning team experience...very happy for him...the shots of him hugging Brady on the sidelines were epic

Looks like we will either be playing SD or CIN at home...i would rather face SD....that Cincy D i dont like

with Dobson going out with that "foot" injury maybe A Collie gets the call again?

with Mankins going out with that foot injury and coming back to the sidelines i didnt expect anything else...that man is too tough

with Spikes going out with that knee injury i see that as a blessing and a curse...blessing = i love his play when healthy so he has the needed surgery after the Super Bowl :smokin and hopefully no other team knocks on his door since he becomes a free agent...curse = we need him healthy during this Super Bowl push

i swear between the patriots and the bruins...there's gotta be something in the water in MA. dudes are dropping like flies.

100% agree on mankins being a tough sonuva*****. dude is a badass :pimp:

hopefully AD is ready two weeks from now. that foot looks like a problem :smh:
