Can someone tell me what that black leash they put around Brady during the Packers game.  Is it to train the drop step?

Resistance band
“Oh man. That’s just … a leash … it’s a resistance band,” Brady said on the program. “I was just trying to stay warm and that helps me stay really warm. It’s a great exercise to do.

“When I’m out there in the game, I don’t get a lot of chance to run around, like the receivers who are running the whole game. So I just like to stay really loose, as loose as I can in inclement weather. So that’s what that was for.

“A leash; that’s pretty good,” Brady added with a laugh.

listened to Bedard from Tuesday , that was good stuff . surprised they didnt put Logan in the bottom three and put Revis in instead . other than that one play he was playing lights out

hoping Chandler Jones plays in this game ; i feel like having him , Ayers , and Easley healthy could wreak havoc on opposing QBs

I'm thinking he probably will after practicing all week,he was even available for interviews this week for the first time since getting hurt so all signs seem to be leaning towards him playing. Agreed,a healthy Jones to go along with those you named and Hightower should be a force

chandler back would be huge. hope they don't rush him back though...don't want him to get injured again and not be available for the playoffs

Patriots wide receiver Aaron Dobson was behind on his own personal growth as a sophomore in the offense this season, but he still played a key role to contribute to their success.

When Brandon LaFell was asked about Dobson, who was placed on injured reserve Thursday, the free-agent acquisition brought up the youngster's teaching tools as a key reason for his ability to learn the system.

"He is one of the guys that helped me a lot when I got here," LaFell said. "He pretty much helped me figure my way out through this offense and teach me this offense."

LaFell is third on the Pats with 53 receptions for 712 yards, and he is second with seven touchdowns. All of those marks are career highs. Not a bad assist from Dobson, who suffered a hamstring on his fourth snap against the Packers.

"That’s my dog," LaFell said. "To see him go down, to finally get a chance in the game, throw him a deep ball, a freak accident happens, mess his hamstring up, so it’s kind of bad."

If he does play,I'm sure it'll be in a limited role just like Gronk earlier this year. No need to rush him back in for today, gonna need him and Dont'a to be 100% for the playoff run.

he's inactive. i'm OK with it i guess. like you said, let's not rush it.

Jeff Howe @jeffphowe
Sealver Siliga is active.

Jeff Howe @jeffphowe
Pats inactives: Chandler Jones, Dont'a Hightower, Alfonzo Dennard, Cameron Fleming, James White, Chris White, Jordan Devey.

All the signs during the week pointed to Hightower being inactive. It might last into next game, too.

Not good for tonight.

No Chris White and Don Jones was released last week so our ST takes a hit. Malcolm Butler lost his spot after the Colts game due to a his poor play on ST and he's back tonight.

Fonzie Dennard inactive.

Welp. Let's get this W.

Damn didn't expect for Dennard to also be out :smh:,Ryan's gonna need to step the **** up this week. I'd rather those 2 sit now then have to sit later as a result of them not recovering properly so I don't mind, definitely some big holes to fill though.

Damn Man. Hightower being out tonight is just. . . :smh:

Jamie Collins gotta step up and be that vocal leader tonight . Let's see if he;s up for it
