Congrats New England Pats fans! This is my first time watching the Super Bowl (just started watching/learning the game during NFC/AFC), and I couldn't have asked for a better first SB experience. The back and forth between the two teams and that sequence at the end was nuts. :x :smokin Anyways, congratulations to yall!

Brady was lights out in the 4th quarter :wow: :wow:

Such a satisfying win. Seeing a guy like McCourty who is such a professional win a Super Bowl is awesome. Edelman. Gronkowski. etc

Thank God for Darrelle Revis .

Just woke up . Still hasnt eem sunk in yet .

Bruh Edelman had the game of his life!!! He lowkey could've gotten MVP. He was fearless out there against the LOB.

I hope Tom gave that car to Butler,he doesn't need it

Don't know if any of you saw this yet but Browner gave Sherman a little taste of his own medicine after the game ending pick

wthell happened

Got up literally right in his face and gave him a piece of his mind .

I've been looking back at this season and man what a journey!! I remember all the national media basically ready to eulogize Tom's career and saying that BB was in over his head, the dynasty is over,Pretty Jimmy should start and all sorts of extra BS and now look at where they are :pimp: :pimp: :pimp: :pimp:. "Old and washed up" *** Brady made all those clowns eat crow last night :smokin. That really was the turning point of the season

Edelman remembered some of those words

"What’d Trent Dilfer say? The Patriots are the worst team? They can’t win?" Edelman asked reporters following the Super Bowl win. "It’s unbelievable to hear that man say that. It’s embarrassing for him."

nothing big, browner explains...

That picture of me and my brother Sherman isn't what it seems. I always bump heads with him, I just usually have a helmet on.

Some extended thoughts on the game:

-First of all, this Super Bowl was truly amazing and one of the best I have seen in a long time. This was a battle to the very end obviously. As far as the game goes objectively, it was great to witness and one I will always remember.

-While you do have to respect the Seattle defense for what they are and what they have accomplished collectively, you have to give even more credit to New England for putting up 28 points on them and for not backing down one bit in this game. The running game wasn't effective at all, but this Patriots team is versatile enough to move the ball other ways; i.e. Vereen.

-Brady was phenomenal in the 4th quarter. The clutch 3rd down conversions, moving up in the pocket to make plays; Brady looked so on point during this stretch. Well deserved MVP. He never gave up and his performance all the way around was great, despite the 2 INTs.

-Edelman; :pimp:. He played an outstanding game. I loved the play where he took that hit from Kam and even though he ended up being down, he took that hit, got up and tried to gain more yards. This guy is a warrior and I hope he retires a Patriot. He stepped up this season when we needed him and made play after play after play, game after game.

-Along with others, I thought the New England defense was vastly under rated coming into this game. While Arrington was getting beat bad and Seattle was able to move the ball and score when they needed to, (the score at the end of the 1st half & the Lynch catch on Collins to go into the 2 minute warning) the New England defense got stops when they needed to. I believe the last four Seattle drives were punt, punt, punt and INT.

-I think Gronk is pretty good.

-What a season. To echo others, everyone counted this team out early and had Brady slated to retire or get booted to another team. The perseverance to stay the course and fight week in and week out was amazing and it all starts with BB. This man knows how to coach and is a true leader.

-Even though I may not be a regular in this thread or this forum, I have enjoyed reading everyone's take from game to game. This a great group of sports junkies and the banter with fans of opposing teams and the haters is always  & :nthat:

-I was able to hit up my first Patriots game with my wife vs. Denver in November and it makes how this season ended so much better to have been a part of it.

This dude tried to troll in here w/ this...

Deflated In here ... still plenty of game left.
And left w/ his tail between his legs by the end of the night.

Great win NE.

Dodged another biblical play . kudos
We don't want your props **** boy. Talked all that slick **** just to see another recent failure. Heat getting crushed in the Finals, LBJ leaving your city, Dolphins w/ another mediocre season and retaining their mediocre *** head coach. At least the players ain't bullying each other any more though! Enjoy future mediocrity in all your sports and hold muh ****.

Congrats Pats fans. Brady is hands down the best quarterback I've watched in my life. Growing up in Washington I was salty when Bellichick stuck with Tommy after Bledsoe came back from injury on that first SB run, but Bill knows his stuff.

I love my Seahawks, but I hope the Pats continue to put the NFL on blast for their error and idiotic ways. Again, congrats and great game.
