Jordan Brand seems to be in the process of taking some classic Air Jordan models and releasing a Black version similar to the Air Jordan 5 Retro “Black Grape”. In addition to the recent rumored Air Jordan 5 Retro “Black Laney” model, it looks like JB is in talks on releasing a Air Jordan 7 Retro “Black Cardinal” in 2014. According to sources, the Air Jordan 7 Retro “Black Cardinal” is already confirmed for 2014.

This looks exactly like the black/red VII's and those didn't sell all that quickly. Can't see these flying off shelves. But that's good for those who like VII's.
 
If someone has photoshop skills that would help better than the image that SBD provided.
 
I swear JB keeps proving more and more that they troll on the fake websites for inspiration.  I'll reserve further judgment for these until actual pics do surface, but let's call a spade a spade, it's an idea that they're going to beat into the ground after the hype over the black grapes.
 
Their gunna make a black version of everything now. Lol. Their still cool though nothin super special but I'd probably still cop

before hypebeasts, people thought about budgeting buying a shoe, so they sat. true story. people arent getting any richer just more broke. either that or reselling 2 pairs to get 1 for free or something like that. I wouldnt do that because i feel like its immoral. Had a chance to get black grapes toros black toes in a size under my tts and wasnt interested. I leave them there for the person i have a feeling will be like "im glad i found my size left" rather than "some hypebeast reseller snatched everything".
 
I know that pic is a photoshop, but even if they do really come out ashy I think it works on the 7 better than the 5.  Ashy material combined with the cleanness of the netting and air unit just throws everything off.

These definitely have potential either way (ashy or non-ashy).  Can't wait to see some official pics.
