To all my people from Detroit, The Eat Em Up Tigers Guy was Killed Last Night

Detroit police tell Local 4 two men were hit and killed on Gratiot near Russell road at around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

The two men killed are thought to be town favorites 'Eat Em Up Tigers' man, and 'Dreadlock Mike'.

Police say the two were crossing the road when they were struck by a small black vehicle that was seen leaving the scene.

The men have not been officially identified at this time, however, witnesses assure Local 4 the men are Detroit's very own enthusiastic Tiger's fans known to many.

Is this the same dude that says "Eat Em Up Lions, Eat Em Up" during the Lions games too? I remember me and dad went to about 4 Lions games back in 08 and seen that dude asking for change cheering that chant. One of the funniest things I seen in my life (the chant was funny not his economic condition). That was one of the highlights of going to Lions games. My dad still talks about that to this day. In all seriousness RIP my man.
