BLACKFISH.... 2013 Documentary. Critic: "Scariest Movie of the Year!!!" 97% on RT.

Didn't read the title, so thought it was a movie and it turned out to be a documentary. Just watching the trailer already got me thinking why people taking them from the wild in the first place?

This was great. Perfect length, great interviews and former SeaWorld trainer insight.

The footage was crazy.

10/10 for me.
 
My favorite field trip ever was the zoo. Thats where I learned about Penguins and their awesomeness. Without that I would have never been able to see one in real life. I dont like the concept of them though, theyre animal jails
 
Saw this last week. Places like SeaWorld disgust me with their whale hunting. I'd like to see the execs of those places have their kids kidnapped, trafficked, then put on display for millions of dollars a year.

Not srs about that last part but these places are despicable.

I do wonder, though, would the former trainers have come out and spoken so openly if they were still employed by those places?

Keeping animals for anything other than practical (guide dog, farm animals) is pointless.

dogs have been breed for thousands of years specifically to adapt to what humans prefer they serve as. So you can't really compare dogs to zoo animals. Dogs have a connection to people that no other animal has so it's not a one sided relationship.

This is playing by me. I would love to see it but I probably won't because I can't stand seeing animal cruelty. We keep these large wild animals contained and then get upset when they finally snap. Orcas are beautiful and I can't watch them being abused, starved or punished.
 
What scary movie is actually scary compared to a killer whales tossing humans like rag dolls?

For those asking if this is really scary, trust me, it really is. I saw it last Saturday, and that **** is still haunting me. :smh:
 
Someone Point Me in the direction of where I can catch this on the interwebz. It's not in any city near me and I know the CNN version will be edited and watered down.
