Like others said, should have ended with the last one.

All the banter back and forth felt forced and cringeworthy in the trailer. I dunno this time around just doesn't feel right. Not just cause of Paul Walker, just feels like out of place. 5,6,7 was the trilogy and ended on a emotional high.
 
I hope with additional sequels, they aim to bring some integrity back to the series. I appreciate the fun  and action they provide, but with the theme of family and friendship they want to give off, I just can't take it seriously at times compared to the first film. They need to scale it down a bit. This trailer looks good though. The Dom thing should be a nice twist. I wonder how long it lasts

The action looks great as usual, and the Dom turning his back on the team is oddly interesting. 

I don't see how they could be okay with Statham joining the team... he still killed Han so that one is more of a stretch than Dom being blackmailed and turning his back for some reason.

Oh well, there's a submarine, I'll be there opening weekend.
 
I think Shaw will "work" w/ em but be devising his own plan to escape, thus making him the villian again w/ his baby brother for Fast 9 or even the Fast 10

No matter how good Charlize is as the villain, nobody will ever beat Johnny Tran as #1 Villain of this franchise

What if Charlize's character got a hold of Vince's ol lady and little Niko? I don't see Brian gettin caught up and allowing his family to be put in harms way so it could be that or much bigger

NTFF fam, I got a few questions:

1) What's the story/relationship between Mia and Brian? They just had 1 date and Brian smashed the same night. Why exactly do they love each other? We know why Letty and Dom are together (basically childhood loves), but never really Mia/Brian.

2) Does Dom beat Sean in their race in the Tokyo Drift ending/Fast 7 intro? I feel like Dom wouldn't hand him the L considering he was leaving Japan ASAP + wouldn't want to embarrass the new DK. If anything, Dom would just wanna test Han's protege.
