I go to the storage and it says my capacity is 11.8GB and I have 11.1 available


Is this correct? If so please help me understand

Really wanted the 64 but couldn't find it anywhere and dont have the time to search around anymore smh sucks having to settle.

I honestly don't know how any of the cloud stuff works never used it in the past. Definitely gonna be using it now tho. How do I make stuff save there or does it save automatically

The two features that are going to help you the most are iCloud photo libray and iTunes match. You can activate cloud storage by going under settings and then iCloud.

The only problem with cloud storage is that you're ****** when you have poor service. I'd suggest returning the phone, and just waiting on the 64GB. I know you said you're going out of the country, but just have someone mail it to you. Having your data available locally > .

It's stupid as hell that Apple forces you to have apps that you might never use, that take up valuable space on your phone.


By the way, thanks again to all the peeps that answered about using passbook. I used it at staples center with no issues.

Also used Apple pay for the first time yesterday... Simple as hell. Can't wait for more stores to start accepting it.

I did that for the 5S, because I didn't want to wait and didn't preorder. Never again.
