not sure what upgrades you're looking for though.
i think cell phone processor technology has basically almost maxed out. the only thing they can do is shrink the dye of the chip and make it more energy efficient.

It's not been confirmed yet. People are assuming since the plus requires a lot more due the resolution, screen size, etc. No one will know until those sites/youtube vids do a teardown. Apple rarely releases the amount of ram in their products.

Here this is what ram does on a computer you can basically apply that to a cell phone speed, and power to move through apps, on a computer well ram is needed to do anything in a timely manner or some programs require a min amount of it
