apple is a carry over so u end up keeping it

Why do you need 2 phones? Are you planning to keep one deadstock?

Is this online ordering really that serious? Why are people ordering these online with 14-21 days expected delivery when you can just walk into a store on release day? I remember when the 5s came out, my local AT&T store didn't run out of phones till around 5pm of release day.
