entry level luxury cars.... EDIT: I DO NOT want one. just want people's opinion.

rename thread title to , im mad i cant even afford the entry luxury model .

This dude sound like the salty one

i mean its cool for young people but when a 40+ is pushing a c250 its just :smh:

also its only "doin it" if your in the higher end of the spectrum for the entry level class (m3, c63, s4/5 etc)

This... You're not doin it in a c250, 1 series, or even a cayman... Also most 3 series excluding 335xi and M3 from that all others should only be driven by somebody in their twenties

Like the cars, hate the people who drive them. Especially used G35/G37/335i 328i owners. You're not driving a damn Lambo man...I know plenty of people who have S class, 7 series, etc. and they don't act even 10% as douchey. But these clowns on the other hand start acting like they're rich as @#$% and start calling others broke, even though they bought their cars after 25k+ of depreciation
I say the same thing about them

.
Fake it 'til you make it.
Instead of going on a rant, this pretty much sums up what I think about entry-level, luxury cars.  Only referring to the 4-cylinder ones though.
Get what you can afford.
At the end of the day, this is what should matter not trying to "impress" people with your 328i

...

Then again there are a lot of people that drive 328s, C classes, IS250s, etc .. and aren't douches.

I'd drive entry level luxury vehicles ..

Huge fan of the second gen IS as well as Infiniti's G platform.

Situational for me. If a person is really doing it and it's a lot less car than they could afford, but that's the model they prefer, cool. Go for it. But if someone does it just to have a luxury whip and they're struggling to afford maintenance, real whack. Tacky as hell.

Damn son asked about the cars ya'll assigning fictional characters to the people driving the cars. Not much of a fan of any entry level anything from any manufacturer just because they typically are barebones, but on the luxury end let's not front like the 328i isn't a solid car of the year contender consistently, and that CLA doesn't look promising.

Aint nothing wrong with Entry Luxurys.

some people dont care if its a basic bimmer or whatever vs a fully loaded toyota.

they just want to show off that badge infront of the car.

G35/37 replaced da hemi as the new hood staple

until police officers , and the delinquents there chasing stop driving chargers , those 05+ daimler/chryslers are the new caprice/impala lmaooooo

how well do non entry luxury level cars hold value , specifically american ?

Da Hemi Challenger is one of the least depreciating cars in America.

I've made 5 payments put no money down and my car is worth more than what I owe. :smokin

Buying new entry level luxury cars are why people are debt.

They don't pay them off, go to trade them in 4 or 5 years and folks be 5-6K upside down.

Whip instead of a new base model entry level car..

Cats around my hood STAY debadging 328is & c250

And putting AMG/ M decals on em

Some people just like the luxury brand and also some of the services that come with it

I personally would stick with a fully loaded non-luxury until I could afford the luxury I wanted but in reality I'm not a fan of either

30+ for an Accord or Altima? No sir, I don't need that leather, V6, sunroof, navi etc. Not trying to stunt and won't be "doing it" with all that anyway

Who prefers the 328 over the 335? Or the c250 over the c350?

I'll admit, I used to be an American car hater until a few years back, but the new muscle cars have made significant improvements since the bland and weak 90s and early 2000s cars. The only people unwilling to admit that are Japanese car snobs who think their ugly @$% tuned econoboxes are supreme. How anyone can like an ugly #$$ evo over an SRT8 challenger or camaro ss is beyond me. And by the way, before you complain about handling, a camaro with the 1LE package costs the same as an evo MR

Don't see nothing wrong with them if the person likes the car for what it is (price, appearance, features, etc).

Entry level luxury cars also have decent leases for people who like to switch up every few years.

As mentioned by others here, it's wack when people driving these cars think they are swervin' around in the hottest whip

they thought the camaros and trans am was the ish in the 90s too , just like a chrysler 300 on chrome was cool in 07 , but whats a chrysler 300 now ?? hahahahaha
